POTC was incredibly fun. All the negativity I've seen is stick-in-the-mud posturing. The movie is very much like ESB in regards to being a "middle" chapter and just being a fun action movie overall....

Why would it be any worse than a standalone? It's got the hardware (3.2 GHz Cell, 550MHz Nvidia graphics chip, BR drive, HDMI, etc.) and any software problems can be fixed through updated firmware.

I was hoping that people were just exaggerating, but I have to agree that the audio on ANH is poor. The constant shift in quality of the dialogue is very noticable even through the speakers on my TV...

I've noticed skipping on all three movies and ESB even froze on me 7 minutes in. I watched the first 2 on my Toshiba SD-2109 and ROTJ on my PC (Lite On DVD Drive w/ Power DVD).
