Borders told me that the title was recalled due to some sort of lawsuit, so it may indeed be a problem with the deleted scenes. My amazon.com order shipped, so it looks like I got lucky with my copy.

I see a number of sellers on ebay claiming to have an uncut region 2 copy of Gia on dvd. Is this a legit release or is this probably a bootlegged transfer of the vhs to dvd?
