I just kinda see it that he got a promotion. JL roster has always varied over time. Give it 20 years, and he'll be a normalized member of the JL. (Tho obviously never considered a 'classic' member).

It already needs renaming since Roose Bolten was legitimized well before that Battle. Just insert former in brackets before Bastards and call it a day :)
