My Blu-ray copy of NCIS Season 12 ($5.00 from Big Lots) locks up in all my regular Blu-ray players, so I am forced to play the discs back in my PS4. Did I get a re-wrapped returned copy?

That is the same deal with the Criterion "His Girl Friday". There must be some sort of cost involved for using certain commentaries from previous DVDs.
