Found a "used" yet sealed copy today at a store. About $18.

I don't think I've ever hated anyone as much as I hate you rift now . Where was it, a garage sale? Must've been someone who had no clue what he had.

It should be. That first wave of CC Blus all came in the plastic digiback cases.

I wouldn't necessarily say it "should" be. I have The Third Man in a plastic case.

Every title that was in a digipack was either re-released in plastic cases, or you could send away for the plastic cases for each title if you had the digipak.

They had separate case-only listings for a while. I almost pre-bought one for The Third Man but didn't, and they ended up selling out.

Even though I prefer the plastic cases to those early digipaks, at least with the digipaks you can be pretty sure they're not bootlegs. I'm always skeptical of the listings on ebay that come in the plastic case. Especially if the booklet is missing.

Nope, a used music store. They had a few other Criterions but they were a bit higher in price. I have no idea why they decided to price this one in particular so low... Not complaining.
