Re: Independence Day: Resurgence (Emmerich, 2016) — The Spoiler Filled Reviews Thread

Re: Game of Thrones (S6E10) -- "The Winds of Winter" -- 6/26/16

Disappointing. Taylor did a great job in season 1 but he also directed two of the weaker ones from season 2. And, of course, his movies since the show truly sucked ass. Podeswa is okay, I guess. Mark...

Re: The 10 Most Disappointing Movies of 2016 So Far.

Refn needs to make a Pusher 4 or just retire. Neon Demon is a piece of fucking amateurish garbage.

You know what's "wow"? Your sexual fetish for overweight, pregnant women. That is a truly "Wow".

Re: Game of Thrones (S6E10) -- "The Winds of Winter" -- 6/26/16

Looking through this thread it seems a lot of people are forgetting, or simply don't know, that Aerys' wife was also his sister. Daenerys and Jon are not just aunt and nephew.

Re: Game of Thrones (S6E10) -- "The Winds of Winter" -- 6/26/16

King's Landing will starve as well without their food. Basically Cersei is alone and fucked.

Yep, in season 1. Shae withstands the pain ftom the flame far better than Tyrion.

Re: Game of Thrones (S6E10) -- "The Winds of Winter" -- 6/26/16

They did that for seasons 4 and 5. No reason to think this season's closing episodes won't get a theatrical release as well.

Re: Game of Thrones (S6E10) -- "The Winds of Winter" -- 6/26/16

I'd say a massive naval battle scene next season is likely. Talk about a hell of a time for Euron to introduce that dragon horn. Perhaps D&D knew what they were doing leaving it out of the Kingsmoot...

Re: Game of Thrones (S6E10) -- "The Winds of Winter" -- 6/26/16

Best season finale since Fire and Blood. Not a lot of surprises to be honest but an impressive amount of material covered and handled well overall. The first sequence in King's Landing reminded me of...

Re: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (12/16/16, D: Edwards) S: Jones, Luna, Mendelsohn, Y

Their Anakin is superior to what Lucas and Christensen gave us. Not only that but they also actually managed to make Jar Jar kind of likable, believe it or not. I can't recall the name of the...

re: Westworld -- The News, Rumors, Casting, Discussion Thread [Possible Spoilers]

Nostalgia is a hell of a thing. When's the last time you've actually watched it? It is god awful. Richard Benjamin's performance alone makes most of his scenes borderline unwatchable.
