Yeah, talk about being killed unceremoniously and dispassionately.

The shark hunter in Jaws 3-D. Slowly crushed inside the shark's mouth while fruitlessly trying to escape. He's then left hanging there for the remainder of the film.

Mark Hamill turning into a giant bug in The Guyver before dying comes to mind. Also, Christina Hendricks in Drive. They didn't need to blow her entire head the fuck off.

Re: Ignoble movie deaths

One of the impolite hunters in The Naked Prey. He was completely encased in clay except for a couple breathing straws, tied to a spit, and slowly roasted over a fire.

Be polite and listen to your guide.

Not as funny (because the guy who dies was a good guy) but a similar death -

World War Z - the doctor who goes with Brad Pitts character to South Korea. While being attack by the zombies in front of the aircraft carrier - the doctor slips and falls going up the ramp and since he has his finger on the trigger, fires a shot into his head killing him.
