Ray BD/DVD/DC for $4.99. It's showing "Temporarily Out of Stock" but I was able to order.

I don't know if you use multiple addresses but I've also noticed sometimes I get/don't get the offer based on what shipping address I use.

Then I recalled Amazon does lots of testing/crap using cookies so I deleted all Amazon cookies on the 2 work systems, closed the browser, logged back in, and voilą! Slow shipping credits were back!
So... delete your Amazon cookies, close your browser, log back into Amazon and check again.

Lots of rumors going around that Amazon is upping its free shipping minimum to $49. That will basically make shipping at Amazon without Prime virtually impossible.
