Oh, and also: be careful about spoilers. There are some very big spoiler-worthy moments in this game's story, and well...this is the internet you're looking at.

i agree. i've been playing this off and on for the last week because of other things going on, and i keep having to clear the same areas over and over because of it.

While it's a little harder than the first game, I'm not finding it to be too difficult, and I haven't been dying all that much. Maybe it's because after I get missions, I grind for a little bit and am always a couple levels ahead of whatever mission I tackle.

It is definatly tougher than the first game with a lot more shoulder-rolling enemies. That said, I like the difficultly a lot more than the first. You have to think a bit more about what you want to do. This may change if I start to get overpowered stuff though.

Yeah, I haven't been dying much more (save for falling off a lot of ledges in the Dust) but I've had to go forward more strategically.

They went fast this time. Is there an easier way to input them than clicking on each individual box in the Shift Code screen? Because that sucks.

It really isn't that bad since the focus moves to the next box automatically.

Yeah, not only do they pick it up off the ground, there's one that steals it from you if he gets close enough to melee you. Rat Thief I think they're called. I entered one level with $75000 and left with $36000 before I realized what the fuck was happening.

I haven't run into this yet. Does he just steel money or also guns/sheilds/ect? I'd be find with just money, but the other stuff would blow.

Maybe I'll get lucky if he releases another set tonight when I'm at home.

Money for sure. Not sure about other stuff because I usually just pick up everything and sell it off after I finish whatever I'm working on so I don't really know everything that I'm carrying. But it's a LOT of money. I was doing Frik's Slaughterhouse last night, once you make it to round 3, the Rat enemies start coming out (they're also in The Fridge and Lynchwood) One of the thieves got to me but I was able to kill him just after and he dropped the cash... all $18000 of it. I'm not sure if they always drop what they take, but in this case he definitely did.

money..I lost 75% of my money...they drop the money when you kill them but it seems glitched, because I was only able to find about half of what he took...losing 100,000 dollars is not fun...

Has anybody tipped the bartender at Moxxi's? You can choose to tip her $100 or $1000.... My dumb ass tipped her $100 and I got a short useless story from her. If you tip more, do you get anything?
