All non-DLC this week + no TOWs, right?

What's that triple level island map? How about that one for K&N?

Correctamundo!

We've done K&N on Close Corridors, and it was kind of a mess...especially if we get the 10-plus we've been getting in the lobby.

Also, I didn't plan to do K&N this week because of the new players.

But, messy K&N lobbys are always the best kind.

Knives & greNades only. There are multiple weapon types on all maps, but we limit ourselves to just using those two on certain lobbies.

And it is fun.....mainly because I usually end up in the Top 3 all the time.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I love K&N, but for my friend Lee's sake, I'm skipping it this week.

The lobby will likely be a bit bigger than usual to allow space to roam around. I was thinking about something like South City on Badlands.

Close Corridors is a fun K&N, but because it's so small, half your deaths are from invisible spawning dudes. I actually like that map more as a CTF.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

It's Tuesday BITCHES!!!!

I put together the map rotation last night, and I think it will be good. I'm especially excited to check out a Eucadia map that we haven't played called Summit Command.

It's a pretty straightforward mix of CTF and TDM, and it will be a pretty familiar rotation with a twist here or there.

Fair enough.

To be fair, I did let your team get that flag. I just REALLY needed to kill you at that moment.

And thirdly, the code is more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules. Welcome aboard the Black Pearl, Miss Turner!

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Cruz said I can use TOWs on him, just so he knows what it feels like.

Nic, telling us not to TOW you just makes us want to do it more. It's like telling a kid not to touch the hot stove, he's gonna do it.

I have to wonder if CTF horde mode is easier on the newer players? With more people to worry about, those on the unbalanced team will focus on the flag instead of "I see somebody, I'm going to take 'em out" like we do with the more balanced teams. Newer players would likely be left alone for longer periods.

Jumping into a Warhawk right away might not be the best plan.

Or if you follow Chew's model.... jumping into a Warhawk is never the best plan.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

TOW = Cruise Missile
Warhawk = Death Trap (until mastered)

Horde Mode might be doable depending on who shows up. I need a digi or z to make it work, but I could probably live with Chew and Flip/Steve.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Yep...a Warhawk is probably the most intimidating thing in the game (I could make a case for the tank), and it's also the most vulnerable thing in the game (always on radar, lockable by every type of missile, complex controls).

And someday, some epic day, Chew will fly one....probably into a mountain.

Meh. What's so epic about that? I fly them into mountains every week.
