So, I'm "proper" and "very set" in my ways?

Hmmm...apparently, I'm an English Butler.

The thread just passed 4,000 posts. It seems like we were just celebrating the 3,000 mark.

Something like that!

A really conservative Mary Poppins maybe.

Weekly Warhawk: All your forum are belong to us!

I'm always amused when I compare this to the main threads. Rock Band is the only thing I can think of with more activity.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I was thinking of a welcome message for the new guys, and a "play friendly" reminder....but that's pretty good too.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Awesome. Night.

Nic was in rare form...tons of hilarious stuff...maybe too much to list...hopefully the new guys had a good time.

I don't miss TOWs at all, with the rare exception of trying to get somebody in a bunker or cave. Nic got the only TOW of the night (tradition?), but it was air-to-air, so I'm guessing he'd call it fair play.

Had to boot tOrmentOr...dude just doesn't get etiquette. Funny thing is that it had been so long since I booted somebody, it took me a good 3-4 minutes to figure out how.

I've gotta say, Brian and his wife have been a great addition to the game.

It probably was fair game, but I was still looking for mines, there just wasn't enough time left in the map to get any and there were none on the next map.

I sure hope so, I think I got shot more by the new guys on my team then I did the other team.

New personal record: I took out six Warhawks on foot using only grenades.

How am I "not logical"?

Sorry. that was probably me. I killed 3-4 people before I realized they were on my team in the first match.
I had fun but I didn't realize you guys couldn't hear me until I joined r2 in COD afterwards. Forgot to disable the push to talk. the sad thing about that was that I was talking the whole time thinking you guys could hear me and then I'd wonder why nobody responded to a couple of questions/taunts.

fun game once i got the hang of it. sniper rifle was hard to aim at first but I liked it once I got the hang of it.
Will probably pick it up and join you guys soon.

I just assumed you didn't have a mic hooked up.

There are very few snipers in Warhawk, as it's not the most effective strategy. When you kill someone, it shows them your position, and the game is much more fast paced and vehicle based than CoD.

Please keep me updated on your plans as it will dictate whether I load DLC content or not.

I missed that. You must be insane and illogical.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I must've missed it too.

The only illogical thing I saw was the blue team defending their base on Eucadia when our flag was gone.

Chew is never illogical...only predictable.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

What did you guys think of Summit Command? (new Eucadia map)

It's a long drive, but I kind of like the verticality...and jumping jeeps off cliffs.

Eucadia might just be the perfect multiplayer map, as I like just about every variation of it.

You're really stuck on this... but we were defending their flag. Steve had it (I think) and was trying to repel at least four red dudes. I know, at least for myself, that I had just spawned back at the base in the middle of the fracas and went to Steve's assistance. If we lose their flag on a sudden death, going to get our flag back seems pretty irrelevant.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

When you're in the lead, defense is more important than offense. If it goes to sudden death, you have a good chance of getting tied up...but if you keep your flag at home, you're good.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Just remembered I'm going to Reno next week, so I'll be out. Can somebody host?

Also, I told Lee to send Chew a friend invite so he can get in.

I can host.

Another non-DLC night, I would assume?

The problem with huge new maps: I had the flag at one point and, despite following the green pointer, I still ended up going the opposite route I should've to return to our base.
