The TW40X81 is the 2000 model, the 40H80 is the 2001 model. The 40H80 does not have the TW prefix. There was a TW40H80, but that was a couple of years ago.

I'd use the coupons for the DVD player at Amazon, the prices look ok. You can buy DVDs cheaper at Buy.com, sometimes it's only a dollar, sometimes several dollars cheaper per DVD.
