My biggest disappointment with the AoD Blu-ray was that the TV cut was a full screen SD tape transfer. If they could bring that up to hi def I’d rebuy in a heartbeat.

Old Henry and Funhouse 4K discs are also getting releases in September from SF.

That is a BD, not 4K. It’s a 4K remaster. It’s on the tweet. They said on the thread that they don’t think making it a 4K would be worth it.

This will hopefully be a cool transfer.

The Criterion BD is from the same 4K scan, and it’s a knockout. I’m really looking forward to seeing it in HDR.

KL Studio Classics just announced Nobody's Fool (1994).

Yeah, I saw that. Big surprise. It's a longtime favorite that I had pretty much given up on seeing getting a Blu-ray release. Looking forward to it.

For some reason, I've dragged my heels on buying the Blu-ray of Poltergeist. I guess I'm glad I waited. Much rather have it in 4k.
