Hey guys, give pro-b...er, Sessa17 a break.
I get what he's saying; I just think he's going about it the wrong way. People watch what they feel like watching or have time for. I don't have much free time and I write reviews for a site, so a lot of what I watch isn't necessarily what I want to watch. But, when I get time to myself, I have a stack of CC BDs that are dying to jump into my player.

FANTASIA / FANTASIA 2000 - both looked and sounded great! forgot just how awesome the "Night on Bald Mountain" segment of FANTASIA was...

Enjoyable enough. It was a lot more realistic than I was expecting, and it's much more of a drama than a comedy. The actors all do a great job. Though the faux-naturalistic directing got on my nerves a little, drawing attention to itself with it's awkward zooms and unsteady movement. The blu-ray gets the exclusive deleted scenes that are pretty solid and worth seeing.

Dark City - This was my first viewing (I know...I know)...and I thought it was pretty fantastic. The only part I didn't love was the "tuning" battle near the end of the film. Both the Audio & Video were top notch on this BD.

Watched Green Zone and Kick Ass on Sat. Green Zone wasn't bad, the shaky cam got annoying as hell though. Kick Ass was great fun, definitely enjoyed this flick.

RoboGeisha, and I really enjoyed it. I've read some pretty bad reviews, but I'm guessing those people never should have bothered watching it in the first place.

Pace was a little slow for me at times, but I enjoyed the themes and performances.
Gorgeous transfer.

CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND (Director's Cut) - gorgeous transfer and just an all around great package. 3 cuts of the film, a wealth of extras and a nice booklet...awesome.

Rocky Horror Picture Show - First time seeing it. I thought it was really good, a total riot. I could have done with a few less songs, but it is a musical, I suppose. PQ looked great (except for the narrator scenes), AQ was phenomenal during music, but slightly too low for dialogue. Exhaustive extras. Gorgeous digibook packaging.
The Last of the Mohicans - I love Mann's films, and I thought this was visually stunning and very well made, but I'm not a big buff of historical period piece films. They can be very good, but it's not my typical go-to genre. PQ was mediocre, weird considering Mann approved it. AQ was solid. Decent extras.
