Looking like we might be looking at reverse roulette then! I'll try to come up with all-new categories for tomorrow, though if anyone wants to suggest anything, I will take it into consideration!

I went with an obvious throughline for all categories this year. And yeah, some of these are not quite "biting the bullet" (and some VERY MUCH ARE), but honestly I would like most people to have fun with this, since that's what's most important to me and I assume you all, as well. I also didn't want to repeat anything from my list last year and made an effort to find more items that (as of now) are free to watch.

Here's the 2023 Subset List in no particular order (aside from a few assigned dates) with the physical media and streaming guide included. The theme/subset hybrid table with all the bells and whistles is coming sooner than later, and same goes for the subset threads. Until that time the current status of the assigned dates can be found on post #27 of the pre-challenge thread.
As always, an eclectic mix with a few classics, modern, some future OHMC "favorites", some gory, psychotronic, Gothic, obscure, Some Romero, Argento, Deodato and Hooper, erotic, family-friendly, a film with zero dialogue that's not a silent, avant-garde, no less than 3 video nasties, 3 Halloween-themed and 2 Category III flicks, cheeseball, A Canadian kid whose hair won't stop growing and sees dead people, a film with "blood, sweat, piss, cum, spit and vomit dripping in every frame" (that's a quote). Some more anaglyph 3-D, foreign, dueling Serbian serial killers, a film that's still playing theaters and an "exercise video" with leg warmers, boobs and zombies. And Elvira! Quite a few have recent first-time Blu-ray and UHD releases (17. A new record) and upgrades, plus an explosion of 80s films that's more than twice that of last year (17. A new record. Maybe).
If I missed something please let me know and I'll update accordingly. Comments welcome.
