No WP8 app?

My wife LOVED Singstar... for a day. Then never played it again. But if she can now sing into her iPhone, she might be interested again.

I think there was more gameplay in that trailer then you think. It just looks too damn good to be true. But this is a real next gen game, so I think we're in for a treat.

I think you mean cutscenes using in-game engine. Because if that was actual gameplay, it would be unplayable at the camera angles they were presented in.

Metro Redux: Two Games, 1080p on PS4
+ Posted by Bi50N on May 22, 2014 // studio rep 4A Games

I could say how excited we are to be showing you this trailer, but I have an idea of what you really want to know… so let’s just cut to the chase. Metro Redux runs at 1080p, 60FPS on PlayStation 4. We had to sneak the PS4 development kits into Kiev to make it happen, but we wholeheartedly think it was worth it… Metro Redux includes Metro 2033 (for the first time ever on a PlayStation platfrom) and Metro: Last Light, remastered for PlayStation 4, with all the gameplay, AI, gunplay, and graphical improvements we added in Last Light now applied to both games.

You’ll be able to download each game – Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux – from PSN for just $24.99 each – or if you prefer, pick up the boxed Metro Redux double pack for only $50. Expect to hear a lot more news from us between now and release later this summer! In the meantime, please enjoy our trailer for the game!

Of course, they announced this just a few weeks after I bought both Metro games for the 360....

You do. Last Light was just a few months ago.

I'll probably pick it up at $20-30 just to play the first game and to use the PS4 controller.

I have both on 360 as well, but will pick up once it hits $20 or so.

As they mentioned there in the post, the games will be sold individually for $25 on PSN. That's nice. I might buy the first one that way on the first discount sale offered.

I also like how they keep announcing the release trailer, but forgot to include the trailer.
edit : looks like they fixed it now. Here it is

Minecraft PS3 and Vita are "Cross-Buy" at $20, and the PS4 version is a $5 upgrade.

PS4 and Vita versions (and XBOne) coming in August.

I loathe the game, but my son is OBSESSED with it. Glad I'll be able to upgrade from XBLA to the XO version for $5. That's pretty cool. Lord knows I ain't buying it again on another system.

It'd be nice if Metro 2033 Redux was a future Plus release...

Played the first Metro game in Xbox 360, I really liked it. Have the second one in Plus, just played a few minutes.

Got the first one for PC, free or something. It looks amazing in Ultra settings. Maybe that's why I couldn't play the PS3 version, I was waiting for a "free" PC version.

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

Has anyone had video issues since the last system update? I hadn't had my PS4 on for a little over a month and fired it up for Wolfenstein, which required me to download the new update. Now the video signal is consistently dropping. Sometimes every couple minutes, sometimes almost constantly, with the image only showing up for brief flashes. I have sound, so I wouldn't think it would be the HDMI from the PS4 to my receiver. The Xbone, WiiU and 360 all work fine still, so that rules out a problem with the HDMI from my receiver to my projector. I tried two other games and it's doing it with everything, not just Wolfenstein. Not really sure what to do. Googling shows that at least some people have reported similar problems since the last update, but I don't see a solution mentioned anywhere. It's tough to find anything, as most Google results are coming up for the HDMI problem that happened at launch. Anyone have any suggestions? I've currently got Watch Dogs pre-ordered and am considering switching it over to Xbone so I don't end up with two brand new games I can't play.

I turned off Deep Colour Output (from Automatic), and that fixed the problems for me.

Thanks. Changed that over this morning and it seems to have fixed it.
