Hey, how do I get a crashed ship for Kodos (or whichever one we got this year)? I only see the old Victorian-era ship.

I've only tested from the "friend" side. I visited one, didn't tap on anything, tapped the tile, went out. Visited that Springfield again, the tile was still there, tapped again, went out. Visited again, tile still there. You can only do this three times to a friends Springfield. It gives you a lot of XP. A lot. One of the six XP icons gave me 500 XP just by itself.
And of course this won't last. They will probably patch it in the next release.

Is that how to get Kodos, or Kang, or whichever one was from last year so you get both of them? 150 donuts would near wipe me out.

I haven't tried it myself (I don't have 150 donuts), but reading around it looks like shooting down the UFO gets you Kodos. Kang came with the Victorian UFO.

Kang comes free with the Victorian UFO, and you need the ray gun to get Kodos, after the Ultrahouse quest. If you bought Kang last year, you have the ray gun in your inventory already, if not it's 150 donuts.

I started playing a couple weeks before Whacking Day so I wasn't around last Halloween. Maybe I'm missing something, but I've seen some people have two crashed UFOs. Is there a way for me to get one of those without spending donuts because I have Kodos? All I can see is the Victorian UFO.

You only get one crashed UFO/wrecked laser this year. Folks that have two played in the 2012 and 2013 events and have the laser cannon. They don't earn $$$, but they may impact your vanity rating; not sure.

anything to make those tiles less tedious to get i'm in. i should have a tile ready soon. been done squashing gremlins in my town (though hit some on accident) if anyone needs their numbers up.

The tiles are a pain, no question, but since there's nothing new to add to Squidport I've just been building and storing them. Sitting on 20 now. One of these days I'll build out my boardwalk.

I checked the amount of XP I got. 657 each time. Times 3, that's almost 2000 XP. Not bad.
For the ones with the tiles, let us know how much XP you get. My tile should be ready by Friday.

Funny little Halloween event update today when starting up the game. Burns and Smithers have a chat that people are slowing down on collecting Goo. They give a free Wailing Wall item that you can put in your town. I think it creates 6 ghosts every 12 hours?

If anyone wants to tap my squid port tile, it will be ready in 45min. I tapped on seattlecubs last night, hope it helped!

The notification then said that it had been tapped twice, by kuttaro and freakjae. Not sure that's what it should have been, but I hope you guys got good points out of it. I also now have 22 tiles in inventory, which I THINK is two more than I had before, but I didn't check when this topic first came up.I totally forgot about the wailing wall in my inventory so I just set that up.

have a tile sitting finally...now i'm in the habit of looking for a tile first when visiting towns. if the game would stop crashing so often, i'd get to everyone's town quicker
