Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out
I'm sometimes accused of having too much "blind love" for all things The Simpsons.
So let me be clear: that even sucked.
Hoping for something new and exciting in this game to get us fired up as a group again. The flame has certainly died down a little bit since last summer which is too bad.
Haven't picked up the Cat Lady yet. Is she voiced? It's Tress MacNeille and she's not the "main cast" but this character's yells and grunts would be so, so funny to hear I would actually consider dropping donuts on her.

Added you to the OP.
To everyone, I apologize for not keeping the OP up to date as much as I should have in recent months. Hope to get it better organized soon. Will ask again, because it's been a while, shall I perhaps move the people whom don't play anymore from the main list to a second list? Is that helpful for people?

If anyone who still has the Easter update wants to dump some eggs I Have some baskets. I need 100 more gold eggs for a last shot at Father Sean and Sherry Bobbins.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out
Friend Points don't seem to be active.
When I go into the screen to visit friends towns, I see the new prize showing.. but nothing I tap on in their towns gives FP and nothing in mine when I tap on a handshake or mop gives FP.

Another note about this tie-in:
Along with post-Easter lag/crashing, FPs are busted right now as now.
It looks like the status bar is not giving credit for FPs collected. Some users are reporting not being given credit for completing the last FP level even though they have the Capitol City Goofball roaming around.

Also, this forces the update to be installed before continuing, so my quest for Shary Bobbins is officially over.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out
Update: Should have been a hotfix pushed out last night to correct the FP issue.
The post-Easterlag/crashing/selected neighbor crashing/selected task errors/possible total game lock-out clusterfudge is still a known issue that is being addressed.

Yeah, FP was fixed last night. I haven't had a crash yet on my iPhone 5S but scrolling is sluggish.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out
Yep.. FP worked for me as well last night.. I didn't have any sliggishness in my town.. But some towns I visited were noticeably slow while others behaved normally.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out
Like Canis, my sluggish-scrolling problem is only in certain towns. Maybe it's size of town or number of animations running at the time.
I'm liking this Spuckler brat, though. Working on #2!
