Ok guys I've been playing one of my towns without friends, and through doughnuts spend, I have accumulated almost 700 giftbags, so add user snoopyfanz and I'll dump em on you . Almost 77k GCs later, finally done with that damn wheel and can finish the main questline.

And speaking of pop-culture references, when I first tapped the elf house, I was wondering why they were "hunting orcs." Not sure how it could have been more obvious.

I messed up my game.. I was Homer and Lisa hiding so that I could keep doing the 8 hour task "look for Simpsons." I was on the second time doing it and carefully tapping around the simpson house.. The phone slipped from my hand just as I was tapping and I hit the Simpson house and ended the task.

I was afraid I'd do that, that's why I have Homer skiing and Lisa doing snow angels.

I'd guess you're referring to gift bags. If you have bags in your inventory, then you can drop them when visiting your neighbors. Each bag will give them a few gift cards.


Have you frisked Homer? Checked your inventory? Checked your pockets?

Also, here's a tip to get more gift cards: when you have to send multiple people to do a task, send everyone or at least many more than the minimum number. Then, when the task is done, tap one less than the minimum and reset them on the task. Pick people like Sideshow Mel and Dr. Hibbert instead of Lisa or Homer or other characters more likely to start up the next task. So for a 12-person task, that's however many people you sent on it, plus 11 more!
