Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Just earned the statue. Thanks for all of those who have given me eggs.

Who can I return the favor to? Who's in need of eggs?

Gave away over 200 eggs today in several peoples towns.
The nice thing about your town is that all the snake rocks are together in the little square (which is where I tend to leave my eggs when the space is available ).

I moved my snake rock to right next to my Whacking Day sign. I invite others to do something similar if they want us to find them more easily.

I hit Deftones' rock and a couple others tonight. The people who aren't on Pacific time might not benefit, though.

I'm still in need of eggs (seattlecub) but I know I'm in better shape than some others. Thanks to those who left a few dozen today!

The best part about Lateralus's town is the big open lawn for me to write... "words" in...

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Been trying to leave eggs in towns I visit. I've gotten a little bit of eggs here and there in mine. Thanks. I keep getting a message that there are 4 eggs in my town, but I can't find them. They must be behind buildings I imagine.

Slowly getting my snake number up. I'm at 3750, which is 500 away from the baseball stadium.

You could leave them there and put some burning bushes around 'em so it's like a flaming bag.

Go into placement mode (the two crossing arrows menu) and click on the houses to "hide" them from view. Then, search around your town to find the eggs, which should still retain their bright white color.

Vryce, just dropped some on you as well as a few other of my regulars. Some of my friends are already in five digits and probably don't need my help.

Yeah that is bullshit, I have 2 eggs hidden since the very first day and I "hide" both buildings and trees and I can't find those stupid eggs.

Yeah.. I can't find the ones in my game either. I'm not going to worry about it too much at this point.

You'll probably end up tapping it by accident, which happened for me with one mystery egg. You'll know when you aren't alerted about the missing ones any more.

I kind of like leaving eggs on grass for an Easter feel, but sometimes I leave 'em in the road. I definitely started steering clear of trees and buildings once I couldn't find the ones in my own town.

Don't hide the trees. Eggs are hidden right along with them and won't stay highlighted.

Added you to the OP, wlj, welcome.

Is that the slow moving purple guy? I didn't notice a football helmet, but I whacked him several times and he didn't do jack. It made me angry.

In case you guys were wondering, the M is my egg signature. So suck on those M's... or something.

Dogmatica: I didn't have that many friends (at the time), so I somehow guessed it was you from the posts you left here.

Have around 8 or 9 friends now

Yeah, he's annoying. I think I recognize him well enough to ignore him, though.

I only hide the trees after I scanned my whole city 3 times with the buildings hidden, somebody really hid those eggs.

That explains it! When visiting JasonF's town, I thought somebody from Politics Talk was joking around by spelled out a sideways "W" for him.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Thanks for the guys who added me. I visited your towns and I am not sure if I did things correctly. I just started tapping stuff and I tapped a spray can and it did graffiti on a building. I am sorry about that. I am new and have no clue what i am doing

Some of you guys have some really enormous cities. holy cow.

The graffiti is fine. Check the tips blog in the original post for more pointers. And yeah, sizes vary a lot depending on when people started playing the game, whether they spend real money, etc.

You have to visit the Political forum at least occasionally to get that.

But having a signature is a great idea. Maybe I'll try spelling out a C when I visit. I won't do a D because I already proved I couldn't do that on dogmatica's lawn.

yeah, one of you put the egg next to Lugi so it was hard to find. Hopefully, I can get the baseball stadium.

I lost an egg the same way! It's possible someone laid it there on the grass before I set Luigi on his task on top of it.

My C's are also terrible, just looking like shitty O's. I could switch to plus-signs, but maybe to represent Cubness I'll do an L.
