Okay, but how did you do this for a single Gamertag? Split screen and bringing up a level 50 with a silver account is no good.

The key skill is in middle section... Yippee Ki Yay. It adds time to gunzerking for every kill you get. Mine is maxed out at +6 seconds for every kill. You obviously don't need it to be THAT high for the flesh stick method (although it doesn't hurt). Seeing how you can kill him every 1 or 2 seconds, you end up with infinite gunzerking as long as your second character is restarting the mission in a timely manner.

I don't know how the Xbox works. I'm on PS3, but I only have a single user account. My first player is Meatpants, and when I start a split screen game with a second controller it lists the second player as Meatpants(1). Same user account.

This method works works wonders. But if you're gonna use it, I highly suggest skipping that specific Tiny Tina mission altogether until you finish TVH mode. Here's why:
Flesh-Stick automatically becomes lvl 52 after you finish round 2. Killing him in "playthrough 2.5" now nets you 6375xp per kill (by comparison, a lvl 52 Warrior nets around 22,000xp). But using the method above you can literally kill Flesh Stick approx 45-50 times per minute if you're quick/coordinated enough. So you'll be getting close to 318,750xp per minute. There is absolutely nothing else in this game that will get you anywhere near that much XP that fast.
If you look on the internet about this method, a lot of people say it starts to crawl once the character you are trying to power level reaches lvl 40 or so and then it's not worth it anymore. Not completely true. If you do this method AFTER you've finished playthrough 2, your xp prgress bar slows down slightly, but you are still gaining upwards of 300K xp per minute. You max out at lvl 50. Flesh stick is always lvl 52, so the XP you get from him will not decrease as you level up because he's always 2 levels above you. Believe me, it goes by quick.
I just did it this morning solo (split-screen with two controllers) and it only took me 20 minutes to take a brand new lvl 1 Mechromancer to lvl 50. I haven't done a single mission with that character. I'll gladly spend 20 minutes as opposed to the 5+ days it took to do it legit playing through story, which I've already done multiple times.
Oh another thing that really helps is having the character killing flesh stick be a Gunzerker. If his skill tree is set up right, he can gunzerk for the entire 20 minutes it takes to completely level up, and he'll never run out of ammo.

I'm going back and forth with Maya and Mechromancer and playing Gaige has been really fun. I leveled up all four characters in the first with two getting some "Level Boost" with help from playing with higher levels. It was ok for awhile but not actually playing those two that much took the fun out of it. Not sure about Zero but with Caige; be missing out on some real fun.

How do you play split-screen on Xbox? It's not like there's any trick on PS3. All I do is turn on the second controller and press X to join the game. All the videos I've seen about exploiting the game (duplicating weapons, money, gold keys, etc) seem to be recorded in Xbox games. I figured it would be easy.

FWIW, I don't even have to be online to do this. I don't understand why you'd need multiple accounts or whatever else to make this work. Playing split-screen is a basic feature of the game. What happens if you're not connected to the internet at all? Can you not play the game?

I know we're beating this subject into the ground, but what happens if you're not connected to Live? Say you temporarily disable your internet and continue your game offline. I'm assuming it will still load your primary character and continue from where you left off. Then if you turn on a second controller and start a new character, couldn't it technically be under the same "account"... as a guest or whatever. I mean you're offline, so it must all be the same profile at this point, right? Spend a quick 30 minutes leveling up the new character, then when you reconnect your internet, wouldn't it upload any offline progress you made to your main Gold account? Just a thought.

So there's no resolution for this badass/key glitch, right? I'm just fucked on that achievement because there were two hidden ones that haven't become available, right?

Finished paythrough 1 last night. ended on lvl 32 Assassin at 58 hrs 15 min. I think I'm gonna abandon my Assassin and start a new game with Mecromancer. But will wait probably till next year when the pirate DLC goes on sale.
Even though the story is much better i had a lot more fun in BL1. The way the enemies scaled to your level took a lot of the fun out of the game. And that final boss was a joke. I don't know if it was a glitch but there was one spot in the area where that computer regenerates ammo I stayed in that part and The warrior couldn't even hit me. Used corrosive weapons on him and took him down in 10 minutes.

Did the slaughterhouse on the 2nd run through. Piece of cake. Even with the enemies lvl 38 - 42 (we were 45), we crushed it.
