Really like that pre-launch trailer...another reason why I'll end up with Maya first, especially in coop mode. I just know whatever that thing was a the tail end...don't want know part of for a long, long time.

I wonder how the intro/tutorial will be? That was the only part I though was a little annoying doing co-op in the first one.

Apparently, with the new Siren, you can skill tree your phase lock to pull in other enemies and then explode with elemental damage, which seems like a powerful combo.

It looks to me like the Ninja will be a more similar playstyle to the old Siren if you like to run around and do tons of elemental and melee damage...and you apparently can set your decoy to explode, which is a neat twist.

I'm torn on which to play first.

I'll probably be getting two copies of the game. I have three teenagers and they love this game. We'll do split screen on two consoles.

Would love to fire up some co-op with y'all...

I'll add you for coop. We might as well start throwing names in the hat for it and maybe add what character(s) you plan on playing. Ideally it would be to have all the characters instead of 2-3 of the same.

I played a siren in the first game, so I'll do the same with this one.

I played as commando in the first game. I'll probably do the same this time as well. I just love that turret.

As much as couldn't get into the first one I am in need of a game to get me back into playing online. I really hope I can join some of you on here because it's easily been over a year since I used my Live subscription for more than demos and DLC.

I have 3 friends that all play great together, so this was not a problem. I played the game solo and coop, it was that good. Late in the game though they patched it so that the enemies scaled to your level, not the host. This solved the problem with having to play with someone the same level. The second game has this as well. You still share loot, which can be a problem if you are playing with a dick. We solved that by picking types of weapons each of us would use as primary. If that weapon was found, you had first crack at it.

I guess the Season Pass is out today. Has it been determined if this is a "limited time" thing, since it makes more sense to buy it when there's actually DLC out there.

Grr, used my Golden Key by accident. The chest isn't as impressive looking as you might expect, just has a couple of skulls on it. It's right next to the waypoint in Sanctuary. Hopefully others don't make the mistake I made. Got a couple of (nearly identical) purple grenade mods, meh.

Is there some sort of trick to using it?
