I'm looking to see if it is true that the DLC will be 50% off with Playstation Plus membership - its been confirmed for europe.

You're looking at saving about $8-9 (assuming you planned to get PS+ anyway), and Europe is getting it in August. Keep me informed of your plans, and I'll do my best to accommodate. You might miss the occasional Grinder lobby, and I might put a DLC map or two at the end of the night.

As a point of reference, those who started out with us are approaching 200 hours of Warhawk...and that's just in our game.

It is, but just slightly.

I was leaning towards getting it since I hardly ever bought any of the PSN downloadable games - Wipeout, pixeljunk, Pain, etc.. and some of the features interested me. Throw in something like the rumored Hulu support and it will make this worth it.

I see it as I will eventually get the DLC but I'm stretchin my dollars wherever I can (kids cost money). Gamespy rentals help for the short term fixes but there is too much good stuff comin out in the next few months.

I have no problems if you gotta bump me out for DLC matches.

No worries...we can accommodate a new (hopefully) regular. I'll bookend any DLC that I load as I have with Lee.

I get the budget thing. For me personally, I don't mind supporting this game since I've gotten several hundred hours of enjoyment out of it. I even bought the dynamic theme for $3.

You have. You can now legitimately fly the Warhawk and are formidable provided you aren't outnumbered.

Your only real weakness is that you get easily distracted...particularly by Slider's shenanigans!

You are the Ron Artest of Warhawk...a fierce ruthless defender with generally suspect but occasionally spectacular offense.

The only thing I'd like to see you do is use Warhawks for transport.
