I might be on tonight. I don't think I have any prior commitments.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Hopefully you guys will get some kind of game going tonight. I'm sleeping in a tent, taking cold showers and using a port o John, and would love to hear some antics.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I had fun all night guys, thanks. Saw a lot of maps tonight that we haven't seen in a while.

Small numbers, but still a blast. I tried to be productive.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

You productively sniped me from your perch at least ten times on that last map.

I didn't make it out because one of my daughters refused to go to sleep last night. By the time we actully got her to sleep it was around 11, and I was exhausted, so I went to bed too.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

That was awesome. The score was close, and I had just died so I got to see the double rocket kill just before I hit the respawn button. We had an epic comeback that map.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

We had quite a few 3 on 2s last night. 2 on 2 most of the night... but almost all of the games proved to be pretty close. Thanks to everyone that showed up. Wish Spatula could have signed on earlier to get a taste of some of these smaller maps. Glad he got to participate in the last map though.

Highlights:

Slider's douchetastic perch.
My bitching about the stupid splitscreen until I booted everyone to fix it.
Nic NOT falling off the cliff on Archipelago. (get with the program)
GRINDER!!
Slider knifing me on Eucadia because I forgot to plant the flag. We got it anyway. Just took a little more work. If you'd just speak up!
Rocket launcher desperation hail mary on the Snow Village as time expired.
Completely ineffective motherfuckers on Pipeline.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Come on, my sniping wasn't that bad. Was it as bad as Flip hiding behind crates waiting for people to come up ladders? I don' think so.

Sorry I missed out. Logged on late last night started chatting with the wife and ended up being too tired to join in.

I thought my participation/non-participation on Northern Bridge (?) by lobbing rockets across from one base to the other was far more inflammatory.

Thanks. Good to know I'm missed even if I'm still not very good. My problem is I've only played with you guys on Friday nights, and I know a lot of you are out there playing it every night, but I can't handle FPS every night. Plus I enjoy the single player experience as well and have a massive backlog of games that I'm attempting to work my way thru when it's not Tuesday or Friday.

You're always missed, Cactus. You're a good dude. Nobody cares about ability. We just hope you're having fun when you do jump in.

Do what I do - Buy more so your backlog gets so crazy you feel totally overwhelmed, can't make a decision on what to play next and never play any of them! Then sell them about 3 years later for pennies on the dollar. It's awesome.

This is what I do too.

I'm about 2 hours into Mass Effect 2, and I think it's pretty awesome, but all I want to do is play Battlefield.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I'm starting to go back through my backlog to complete some of my single player games. Knocked out Dragon Age last night - since I am a trophy whore I'll be attemting to knock out the other origin stories. After that I've still got Bioshock 2, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, Killzone 3, Borderlands, Transformers: War for Cybertron, Medal of Honor and (believe it or not) CoD Black Ops. Too many multiplayer games out there.

@ chess - Mass Effect 2 was epic. I finished it and it was one of the best games I have played in the past couple of years.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I don't want to think about the unopened games, let alone the ones that I just haven't finished because of Battlefield.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Okay. Need a roll call/requests for Tuesday. I'd like to load a few larger maps if possible.

One thing I'll guarantee... Grinder CTF.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I'll be on after 9:30pm due to my 2nd and 4th Tuesday work schedule. No requests from me; I'm always just glad to play with the group.
