Destroy all Human 2
Guantlet Sorrows
Suffering 2 (no fast return)

All came and went and got that fast return. Than the trouble.

Civil War - NEVER arrives after bieng sent a week ago,
Heroes of Pacific - Hasnt arrived after 3 days.

I already emailed them that its gone missing and I will cancel my account by the 24th, I hope they dont try to charge me or give me shit for leaving their game in limbo.

The last time I tried them (1 1/2 years ago or so) I had 3 of the 4 titles go missing in the 1 month I had them (yes only 4 titles were shipped in 1 month). They didn't give me any grief then and they even had the "restart your subscription" link when I would login (for the store) and sent me emails about restarting my account, etc. When I finally did though they cancelled my account immediately based on the lost games. I had to call the CS and ask them to restart it, esp since they opened the east coast center. So the bottom line is unless something has changed I doubt they'll give you any grief about it, but expect a hassle if you want to restart your account later.

I canceled after my trial was up. I'm two days away from the distribution center, but it still took five days for my game to get credited. It credited on a Saturday, so the earliest I would have been looking at getting another game would have been Monday mailing/Wednesday receiving. Nine days between sending in the first and getting the second is unacceptable to me.

I'm on the verge of cancelling. Had Madden 08 (Wii) as "preparing to ship" on Friday. Now I check and it's back in my queue and nothing else has been moved to "preparing to ship" despite available games in my queue. I have no games out, and none are shipping, either.

edit: I added two more games to my queue five minutes ago which seems to have jumpstarted my account, as now two other games have moved to "Games in Progress". Of course, neither of them are Madden, which was getting to ready to ship on Friday

Other than my one game getting lost and not getting fast return, I think I may keep my sub. I'm thinking other than the big three Wii titles, there are a half dozen others I'd like to try and not buy(Endless Ocean, Zack & Wiki, Nights 2, Mario & Sonic Olympics, Rayman 2, etc.). I think it will be perfect for Wii titles.

That's exactly how I felt I would use them, and I'm giving them every chance to even give me so-so service so I could justify keeping them, but so far it has been more bad than good.

Corvin - since you are in the same general area as me, how long are games taking to get to you. Mine are taking around 5 days, which is a little much from Pennsylvania IMO, even if you throw in an extra day to get down to E-Town

They only take 2-3 days to get to me and about the same to get back and be reflected on the site.

i think I'm going to cancel now, but pick this back up when I have another backlog of games I want to check out.

i think ive gotten about 8-9 now. Saved me a ton of money as I won't be purchasing any of the games I rented, but I did want to see if it was worth it

I was pretty happy that a copy of BioShock shipped out already. There are a few Wii games my wife wants to catch up on so I went ahead and upgraded to the 3 out at a time plan. They service isn't amazing, had to compare/beat Netflix when it comes to online rental, but it continues to save me tons of money in the long run.

Today's just one example of why I love Gamefly, as they shipped Bioshock to me this afternoon.

I got my sixth game and it has a big crack in the disc. I haven't had time to pop it in to see if it works. Doesn't look like it's a new crack.

My copy of BioShock got here in one day. Woot!

Couldn't be happier with their service at this very moment.

Had one game get lost on the way back to them. Games take 5-6 business days to show as returned (shipping from Dallas). They shipped me a random Xbox game instead of the 360 game I had in my queue. 2 weeks time after sending one game back to getting the next is too long. Cancelled the free trial today. Good concept, crappy execution.

Bizarre that various people have dramatically different experiences. They have bean reasonably speedy for me (not like Netflix but not bad) with no losses so far. Bioshock should be at my doorstep today or tomorrow even.

Bizarre, but true. Hell, it's even happened to me. The first time I subscribed to their service, I had four games lost in the mail, and very slow shipping times. I went to G&F, which was awful, and then decided to give GF another shot. They've been amazing ever since.

Decided to cancel as the shipping times (especially the return times) are too darn long!

BTW, the nearest shipping facility to NC is in Pittsburgh! WTF!

They are back on my good side, as both games were shipped late Monday afternoon, and arrived today.

Yeah. They have been better than decent for me. Not perfect, but better than average. I just loaded up my queue with PS3 and PS2 titles, so it will definitely benefit me. I may have to switch to one out at a time since I'll still have the big titles to keep me busy like Bioshock, Halo & Mario.

You can cancel on the website. It only takes a minute.

The nearest shipping to Wisconsin is California.

I finally got a fast return, so I'm thinking that actually bringing the disk into the post office helped.

First time I've done that and it seems to work.

Considering they only have 2 shipping facilities and the one in Pitts just opened earlier this year, personally I think that's progress

That is probably just a coincidence. The scanning machine isn't even at the post office; it is at the sorting center. I brought mine to the post office, hoping that it would increase my chances, but I still didn't get fast return.
