Decision Made

Made the decision to go with DirecTV. I was won over by the ability to watch/control the DVR from other receivers in the house and through the Android and iPhone apps. Thanks for all the advice!

Thanks! I so wish that we had another option like Uverse or whatever Verizon offers. Unfortunately, this part of Kentucky is only serviced by cable (Insight) and the various satellite companies. ...

I'm down for whatever. I never got around to playing GoW I/II, so I'm playing through those before I start on GoW III. Plenty to keep me busy!

I agree it would be nice to have these in print form, but they are explained with the in-game manuals and tutorials. I just don't care for reading large blocks of text on the TV or computer screen.

I also agree. Would anyone want to "test" some of the online components sometime? I have exactly zero real-life friends who a) enjoy baseball and b) have a PS3, haha.
