Nope! In fact, if you preorder directly through Shout Factory, you can get an 18x24" poster! I know target.com has it up for preorder as well; not sure who else.

Isn't that the flick where the main female lead is in a g-string the entire time. Seriously. I think she is topless the entire movie and at one point she has a potato sack on covering herself for maybe two minutes and then it gets ripped off.
Or was that The Warrior And The Sorceress? I get all of those 80's barbarian flicks confused.

That is one odd cover, if you spin the box medium-fast 100 times I will either end up hypnotized, or spend the next few minutes tossing my cookies, lol. At least it is not just a blob of floating heads. I also find it funny that I just watched the film in theaters yesterday and the promo material for the UHD is already in place. I guess with the accelerated release of titles to home video that all of the promo stuff has to practically be in the can while the film is still fresh in theaters.
ETA: Alligator dropped in price to $29.99, so if you were on the fence now might be a good opportunity to purchase.

Re: UHD release announcements
Mondo Macabro just announced their first UHD release ("later in 2022"): Dr. Caligari (1989). It'll be a "deluxe UHD/BD combo".

Re: UHD release announcements
It's looking like 2022 is going to see a real uptick in UHD releases in general. I would not be surprised if Eureka are close to starting up their UHD Masters Of Cinema Series. I think some British lables like 88 Films are waiting till they've firmly rooted themselves in the US market before they start doing UHD. That definitely seems to be the case with Powerhouse. They've stated their first UHD title will be in 2023, so have a good year or so of getting their US operations up and running.

I have a couple friends who are huge Dr. Caligari fans. They are going to lose their minds. It got a poor DVD release that was only available at an adult video store. This will be a massive upgrade.

CineAsia getting into the UHD game. Well at least I think it's their first UHD. If you haven't heard of them, they are a lable from the land of tea drinkers. Britain that is, not China.

Oldboy, I assume you are happy with the Blu ray that you recently acquired of this film? I am not into this film but I know it is beloved by many. I ask, because if you recently purchased the movie I assume that it would be a waste of money to double-dip so soon after you already picked up a copy.,

I have the 4 movie Craig collection on 4K that FOX released and just picked up No Time to Die on 4K as well.
But if you didn't pick up either, that's a nice one to get.
I am surprised that MGM wouldn't put out one massive Bond 4K collection. I'm sure there would be people interested. The 4K prints exist for all the movies.
