I was just going to wait it out and pick it up from a seller on Amazon.com Market Place. I picked up bot Season 3 & 4 brand new factory sealed for under $30 each.

What am I missing? From what I can see you come out $26 cheaper at Amazon for all 4 seasons. Is there some other add-on deal that I missed?

Ah ok, makes sense now. I keep forgetting that Season 4 is already out, for some reason I was thinking it comes out this week.

I canceled at Amazon too. I'll gladly pay a few dollars more in tax than reward Amazon for their shady dealings with us in March. I'm good at holding a grudge.

I contacted Amazon via their online contact form to request a refund for $14 last night. When I checked my e-mails this morning, I found that they have already issued the refund.

Is there not a rebate for Season 3? Now that Amazon has lowered the price for Season 3 on Blu-ray, I'd be tempted to jump in on their deal, even though I'm really short on money, right now. But if I could get a $20 rebate for each Season 1-3, then I might be tempted to go for it and maybe sell my DVD sets to make up the difference.

^No rebate for season 3 since it came out Day and Date with the dvd release.

I thought that S4 had a rebate, though. And it came out day and date.

I contacted Amazon and got issued the refund. Plus I had $30 off instead of $20 because I got in on the coupon code error they had a few months back. So the total for me was $27 each for these sets, paid by giftcard, which I had purchased in February or so to make sure I could afford these sets come June (I'm saving money right now to purchase a car). I'd also signed up for an Amazon Prime Trial at the time just to make sure I would get these ASAP. They should be here tomorrow by UPS. Awesome deal for my favorite series ever.

I won't be using the rebates as I don't want to cut up the covers, even if it's only a small part of them.

I'm thinking the same thing but 40 bucks is an awful lot to turn down because of a small cutout so i'll probably go ahead and do it.

Isn't it 20 bucks a set? That will almost pay for my BDs as I just got off the phone and they're (Amazon) refunding me the 14 dollars for that pricing fiasco from a few months ago. That will bring my sets down to 31 dollars and some change each.

Very glad these both came with the slipcovers, wasn't to sure if they would, also the first time in a while preorders actually arrived on the release date from Amazon. So cannot wait to watch the Pilot in HD!

We are on the second half of the pilot as I type and it looks and sounds fantastic.

I'm surprised that they didn't include at least re-sized versions of the books that came with the SD Season 1 and 2 releases. Kind of makes these sets feel a little incomplete when seasons 3 and 4 both come with at least something.

Aren't these supposed to come with episode booklets? I had to contact customer service and have them send me the missing booklet for Season 4. Maybe that's the same situation here?

Please call them and find out! Let us know if we need to call as I hope that there are booklets and that it was just a manufacturing mistake to not include them.
