YES, YES, YES! May would be even cooler but I won't nitpick. These will both be mine on June 16th! It would have been cool for Season 5 to be released at the same time though... but I guess I can't get everything I want at once.

And I might be one of those suckers who buys a complete series set if it is loaded to the brim with new features and awesome packaging on Blu-ray AFTER getting these sets. I'm that big of a Lost fan though. Granted, IF it has a disappointing ending and doesn't wrap up long standing mysteries I will just settle for these individual sets. In any case I'm buying these on June 16th! Granted, I'm hoping for sale pricing around $35 each.

I'm hedging by selling off everything now. If the way the series ends brings a sour taste to my mouth, then I'm done with it; if I still love the show as much as I do now, then I pick-up the inevitable complete series set.

Right. That "THE HIGH DEFINITION COLLECTION" banner isn't present on the S4 BD, is it? I know it's not there on S3...

I wonder what kind of slipcover these will have? It'll probably be like the Season 4 one. This is OCD of me, but I wish they would make available the same kind of slipcover for Season 3 since it's so different...

I'll be grabbing these, I snagged season three for an unbelievable deal. I'm not a fan of all the goofy packaging full-series sets take on.

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring 'Lost: The Complete First Season' and 'Lost: The Complete 2nd Season: The Extended Experience' to Blu-ray on June 16th. Video will be presented in 1080p AVC accompanied by PCM 5.1 soundtracks. While there have been no Blu-ray exclusive features announced at this time, all extras from the previous DVD releases will be included.

I'm getting these for sure... I've already got 3 and 4 and don't think I'll need to spring for a 'Complete Series' set - the added extras will probably be sparse or insignificant (I assume that season 6 will be loaded to the tits on release anyhow).

I have S1-S3 on DVD, and S4 on BD. I'm sure I won't be able to resist getting S5 and S6 on BD when they come out, but I still wonder about the complete series set. It's inevitable that they'll make one (didn't they even say they were going to?). This would be a great show worth getting a complete set as long as the packaging was cool. I just wonder what the packaging would look like. I know I get bugged by special packaging. They look cool, but don't fit on the shelf just right. But I may be willing to live with a cool Lost packaging. Any ideas what you would want for the packaging? Maybe an Oceanic plane? A 3D Dharma logo? Though I might just prefer a Buffy like series set if the artwork was cool. But since Buena Vista already made the cool Alias series set with the Rambaldi box, I wonder what they can come up with for Lost.

I've always felt that the complete series set should be housed in the Hatch. That would be feasible in terms of storing the discs, I think, and it is one of the most important elements to the series itself. Wouldn't that be awesome?
