So far received 3 non-member codes for values ranging from 15% to 20%. Putting them up for grabs since I don't want them.

V542SNS1YYMT8 15%
RPNM3EECF6PCC 20%
C2Q2WRT3Y2GR1 20%

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

Interesting - after you enter your unique code and calculate the total, the code defaults to a six-digit one that appears to be the same for 15%, 20%, etc. I tested two different 15% off codes and they both showed something like 5LV... after calculating the total. So, if at least one person out there gets a 50% off code and provides the six-digit one...

You can't actually apply the 6 digit code. Out of 13 coupons I got, most were 20%, one was 30% and one was 50%. I'm planning to use them otherwise I will post them here.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

I got about 12 coupons (first time receiving any email coupons, by the way). Most are 15%, two are 20%, and one is 30%.

EDIT: Used the 30% code on Kino's Ingrid Bergman Swedish Collection, which is currently 50% off ($19.99 before coupon).

Does BN send coupons all at the same time? If I didn't get any by now, am I out of luck?

I feel like Charlie Brown on Halloween. I got 2 codes, one for 15% and the other for 20%. They might as well have given me a rock. LOL

No, and I don't mean to come off as ungrateful. I really don't. But since there are an abundance of 20% off member coupons (and non-member ones as well) right now, there just wasn't anything special in getting either of the two codes I received. I am glad that after about 4 years of being a B&N member I finally got on the mailing list to begin with. This is the first time I've ever even gotten any email codes of any kind. So thanks again to Laser for that link. Still, I'm not going to lie - I was really hoping for at least a 30% off code, if not a 50%.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

Damn. Got 7 coupons. 4 were 15%, and 3 20%. I was hoping I'd at least get ONE good one.
The funny thing is, the two accounts I still use (including a member account) did not get any coupons.

At least you got something. As a member, I've tried for a year to get coupons -- as late as two days ago -- and I have yet to receive a SINGLE coupon from them. I've done everything that is suggested in order to get them, but nothing. I'm letting my membership expire in February.

Don't bother trying to get them to a member account. Click the link Lasermovies provided and use an email address that's not associated with your member account or any B&N account. I received 5 or so coupons today but nothing to the address associated with my membership. The coupons are unique and one time use but they are not tied to an email address so if you receive one you can use it with your member account.

Ah, yeah I wasn't really sure which way you were going with that.

I only have one email account getting these. Maybe I should do more like everyone else seems to be doing.

Do you buy much from B&N on that account?

I've been getting emails since the first day I signed up for the membership. I only buy an occasional DVD when a coupon shows up.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

B&N isn't being very aggressive... not trying hard to get members into their stores and hell, 99% of consumers have no clue that B&N has a tablet.

I think that they bought more of the Borders brand, but also their poor decision habits.

I'd disagree on the tablet. I always see a Nook and Kindle display where there's tablets to be sold.

That is so inaccurate that if I didn't know better I'd think you were joking. B&N is selling a ton of Nooks.

More consumers know that B&N sells Nooks than that they sells DVDs.
