Nothing crazy lately in Ollie’s but today I saw DC Deathstroke Gods or War tpb w/mask for $7.99

My Ollie's had several copies of Avengers: Age of Ultron Art Book for $7.99

on reddit omnibus collectors, someone posted Ollie's pickups of JSA The Golden Age Hardcover for $10 and Promethea Absolute Edition for $20 and a Halo Marvel Hardcover. In the background are some more copies of the Snyder Batman trade paperback box set, forget which numbers are in it. Something new anyway.

Pretty awesome finds if you can snag them.

Went to Ollies. Didn't pick up anything, but the new stuff I saw was Flashpoint Unwrapped - Johns and Kubert, Snyder Batman Zero City box set (Batman volumes 4-6 paperbacks in a box set), and the Watchmen Film Companion, which I might have seen before, but they had more copies.

I came across similar books. The Unwrapped stuff really doesn't do much for me and DC seemingly dumped a lot of them at Ollie's over the years.

two remainder copies of FF omnibus volume 4, looks to be the Art Adams cover at Bookoutlet. free shipping over $35. Not quite the glory days of $20 Omnis at Ollie's, but if anyone is looking for it. they might be gone by the time you see this. hopefully more good books coming.

That's weird, I have a bookmark showing all of the books by Marvel Comics at Book Outlet and it's not showing in that list, even though if you go to Additional Info, it does show the publisher as Marvel Comics. I wonder if there's anything else I'm missing
EDIT: Even searching for Omnibus on the site doesn't bring it up. Weird.
Oh, it's out of stock now, that must be why.

I've noticed wonkiness with their site. I have to refresh every time I go to it even if I am starting fresh, I may still see books that were on the site the last time I went on. I was able to see the FF omnibus and open the page, today, and it read as zero stock, but you would think I wouldn't even see the FF in the list.

Ollie's is advertising the Marvel Monster's Unleashed Giant Sized collection as a Black Friday doorbuster for $8.

The black friday ad also has 5pk comics for $5.99. So, maybe they did some restock.

I went today, nothing really new, Robin son of Batman hardcover and Tomasi Superman vol 2 hardcover. A guy on reddit picked up a Golden Age Green Arrow Omnibus for $35 and someone else said there's a Superman: For Tomorrow Deluxe for $13. I did see lots of 5 and 10 packs of comics, but did not buy one as a consolation prize.

It was in r\omnibuscollectors "Why I open/spine stretch right away" The guy bought a Golden Age Green Arrow Omnibus and it came apart and then he was able to exchange it right away.

I scored today.at Ollies. Took a chance and a long drive.

Called another Ollies and they had Kirby is Mighty for $29.99 but I already have it.

I saw Absolute Preacher Vol. 3 ($39.99) and Absolute Superman/Batman Vol. 2 ($29.99), nothing else.

I came across the 5-packs of vintage comics last week. Each bag would have maybe one Bronze Age DC Comic (World's Finest #287??? for example) and Marvel from the late 80s/90s. What I did notice is that the Bronze Age comics were in terrific shape for the most part.

Distribution as always is spotty. An Ollie's I don't regularly visit had literally hundreds of the five-packs, while another location today had like 8 packs in total.

Went to 3 different Ollies in my area,
got the Green Arrow Golden Age Omnibus for $34.99
Also saw Teen Titans Silver Age, Wonder Woman Golden Age, and a Superman Golden Age volume 3 omnibus, Kirby is Mighty Huge book, and saw a Spirit Archive collection volume 3.. nice to see new inventory in Ollies after months of nothing!

Yeah, earlier this afternoon I came across the motherlode of omnibuses and assorted hardcovers. Several copies of each still left if you are near Manassas, VA.

What kills me is I didn't need several of the omnibuses...because I already owned them.

I've seen that Kirby is Mighty and Kirby is Fantastic have been reported. If you see Ditko is Amazing or Steranko is Revolutionary buy them on sight, they are pretty hard to find in the wild and demand a high price. I was lucky I was able to get them for cover. They are all beautiful books as is Behold Galactus in that format (it later came out in a trade paperback format).
