Picked up "The Other History of the DC Universe" at a new Ollies. Disappointed there were no big books.

I bought a couple of copies of this book:

Which teaches you how to fight Captain Kirk style for $2.99. I wanted to write a book like this in the 90's. Good to know it didn't sell well. haha!

Also, went to Homegoods and saw Marvel Masterworks Volume 15 Captain America (261-269 + Defenders 106) $19.99

Finally found an Absolute Infinite Crisis for $24.99 and also picked up Aquaman 80 Years of the King of the Seven Seas for $6.99. Saw the Spider-man Masterworks for $19.99.

Picked up Girl Power Amanda Conner Gallery Edition in Seekonk, MA, along with Stranger Adventures and the Perez poster book. They has one more Amanda Conner Gallery Editions and 3 Miller Ronin Gallery Editions.

Ollie's Fitchburg, MA had a soft opening before their Grand Opening next week.

No Girl Power Gallery Edition, though. Also, exceptionally well organized and clean, but the store just opened. Maybe even the first day.

Wow, that's pretty much every omnibus I've heard showing up at Ollie's the past year in one spot.

Yeah, it had to be for the grand opening. I picked up she hulk and ultimate x-men. Left the new warriors. I've put in a lot of miles on what I know, in practicality, I could have just purchased at Hamilton Books.

Picked up a couple omnibuses today from Ollie's - Peter David's Hulk #4 and Thunderbolts #2. Both $34.99. I regret using a 15% off coupon I had last week. I think I saw one of the newer Black Panther omnibuses as well which I passed on.

Interestingly enough, they had no other new stock.

Hamilton Books is carrying some of the same omnibuses at similar pricing if anyone is looking.

Picked up the Dan Slot She Hulk Omnibus. Ollies are definitely getting restocked. Fitchburg has pretty much everything that's been seen lately, including Ronin and Girl Power Gallery Editions (though not in the graphic novels section), They didn't have Absolute Infinite Crisis, but I think they did and they sold out.

Most of the Ollie's I visit sell through new waves in about 3-6 days. At least for premium stuff like omnibuses, absolute editions, and the like. I have noticed most locations won't dump everything at once, they'll usually save a few things to put on the shelves once the first batch sells.

Items they get in bigger quantities like those Black Label DC hardcovers will hang around for weeks and weeks.

Probably the same for me, as I haven’t found anything worth buying in ages.

Finally saw something new at Ollies. Bizzaro Comics Deluxe Edition, $12.99
