My recollection was that I sort of enjoyed it but the fact that it was canceled early suggests that it wasn't popular. David McCallum was quite the heartthrob for many tween/teen girls after his run on The Man From U.N.C.L.E. and I presume that's why he was given his own series.

Regardless, user reviews point out that the series has been badly converted to fake widescreen (from 4:3) so the BD version of the series should be avoided.

Are we EVER going to see a Cow & Chicken or I.M. Weasel box? I have home made comps, but I'd buy official editions of these in a flash (I know their were once Thailand bootlegs, but they were a bit pricy for boots).

So it's better now? I thought if anything they'd had taken something out since the original one was so expensive.

Bit the bullet for the $99. I'm a sucker for extras and that's one of my favorite shows, takes a lot for me to watch every single ep of a series.

This one is really good too...gritty and violent. perhaps not a buy for this price but definitely a good movie, IMO

Thanks. :) I'm hoping to hunt Target before Sunday, but a) it's usually out of exclusives within minutes, and b) it's quite a trek. So Amazon matching would be very helpful 'just in case'.

Just for the heck of it I checked to see if the multiple copies at my location had the bonus disc. No dice.

But I do seem to remember that the webite suppedly allows you to oder the version with the bonus disc. I've had good experiences in actually receiving the bonus disc version in the past when I ordered them from the website.

I think Target only sells the version with the bonus disc. I don't think I've seen one without it. So if you have a Red Card, it's free shipping.

Also, if you don't want to run around looking at stores, you can use this handy inventory checker. The DPCI # is 058-37-1044

Very helpful, thanks! :) It thinks there are two copies near-ish me, so hopefully a) that's true and b) stays so for 24 hours...

New, general, query: Target think they have at least three versions of Bridesmaids... and specifically one that is Blu/DVD and one that is "combo Blu/DVD/UV"; Amazon seems to only have Blu/DVD.

What are the odds that Amazon's just doesn't list the UV part* (also missing from the case cover shown) and WILL have a code...?

*Several things have codes but don't advertise them, and this situation seems doubly odd.

Yeah, I just got back from my worthless Target. All they had were empty shelves where the deals the shelf tags taunt you about used to live.

Just thought I'd let everyone know that my Metropolis Ultimate Collector's Edition Steelbook arrived today from Amazon UK.

6 days late but it was in mint condition.

Carry on.

It's certainly possible that their image and/or description are not up to date. You're gambling if you want it and order it, though I guess you could return it.

For example, I bought the Dances with Wolves that showed the funky cover from a few pages back, and it arrived with a relatively normal cover, though it did have the MGM90 banner.

Whereas mine did still have Sin City thoughtfully shelved (hidden) behind the DVDs...

However, I don't like that Target replace the UV codes with TargetTicket codes - now it looks like I can't get A Dame to Kill For to play on Flixster. :(

Also, Amazon's Croods is back up to $17, so the Amazon matching may be beginning to end.
