Amazon are matching Best Buy on Bates Motel - Season 1 at $16.99.

However, I don't like that Target replace the UV codes with TargetTicket codes - now it looks like I can't get A Dame to Kill For to play on Flixster. :(

Also, Amazon's Croods is back up to $17, so the Amazon matching may be beginning to end.

The Target Ticket codes can still be redeemed at any UV provider. I redeemed mine at Vudu. Also, I thought Target Ticket was just another UV front, and if you redeem it there, it still gets added to your UV library, to be viewed at any participating UV provider. I could be wrong about that though.

Target Ticket is going out of business and accounts will transition to CinemaNow.

I tried to use the code elsewhere and got an error message (although that could have been just my error), but it does indeed now look as though everything's fixed itself. Perhaps it was just a delay in syncing...? Certainly what you write was/is my expectation, so I'll be checking again tomorrow.

I wish that Bates Motel: Season Two would drop in price. I'd like to get it and re-watch the first two seasons before season three starts.

Where do you find this information? I've done a Google Search and can't find any confirmation and the www.targetticket.com website doesn't indicate that at all.

It's pure speculation right now, but they no longer have anything discounted for sale, and there aren't any pre-orders available on the site. There is a fairly lengthy thread on blu-ray.com that I think people are getting most of this from.

The linked version is only a 3 disc set. No booklet or photos are included.

The box set with that stuff is available for $13.99 here: http://amzn.com/B005BDZQKU

You are correct. I apologize for my error.

For 5 bucks it is still a great deal. I ordered an extra copy to keep elsewhere.

Looks like Amazon has PM'd (more of) the TV deals going on at Wal-Mart. I was interested in the 2nd season of Person of Interest. It dropped this morning to $14.96.

Ordered West Side Story for $5 and an hour later sold my old DVD of it for $5.

I love even-trade upgrades. :D

I would love to do that with my pan-and-scan DVD version that has never been opened. Any suggestions as to where I could flip it? (Looked at going prices on Half, but selling anything for that little minus commission isn't worth the effort.)

Right into the trash would be my suggestion. Actually, I'd bet that there's a nursing home near you that would love to take it.

My library takes DVD donations. If they're invaluable, they'll still accept them.

I flipped mine on Facebook via a "virtual garage sale" group for the neighborhood.

Not exactly a blu ray deal, but I found an offer on the Amazon deals page. If you buy $50 of gift cards you can get $10 for yourself. I used it to get Big Hero Six for around 9 bucks. Ends Feb 14th and takes 5 days to get the $10 gift card code.

Here is the promotion code -- FEB50HIGLP
