I don't think there are separate SKUs. Amazon is the same. The chances of finding the digibook anywhere are pretty slim. Once that original shipment sold, the new shipment was in the regular cases.

The Halloween 35th "Digibook" is pretty crappy though. It does not have a disk tray, just an envelope glued to the inside back cover.
