Hmm, taking control of a fighter and switching to first person mode might be the closest we get to another X-Wing/Tie Fighter game.

I'm not very good at this type of games but the allure of the Star Wars universe is too strong for me not to buy this game. If the game is exactly like the above video, this is a Day One must buy game.

The game is really looking good and that Battle getting a perspective from both sides was impressive to say the least. Here's the co-op play and it looks just as good. Holiday's are going to be busy....

...and in case anyone didn't know it has been confirmed there will be a Horde Mode as well.

Not sure if you are being sarcastic but there is no single player campaign.

Apparently there is some kind of one-player offline "bot" mode. I am not sure what it is as I've never played a Battlefield game before.

I don't like playing multiplayer. I only ever play single player.

I generally agree with this statement but I don't see it as a big deal here. The Battlefield games were always mainly known for multiplayer and the single player sessions were always garbage.

I'm not much into the MP aspect but the MP in this looked fun. But it does offer co-op and a horde mode so that's a big plus. I want to see how character development, loot system and progress through out the game works but overall what I've seen I'm about sold.

Between this and Fallout, I'm going to need the week of Thanksgiving and the week leading up to just to play games.

This looks like a lot of fun but I'm not positive I'll buy it. The lack of a single player campaign is a major downfall for me too. I know the previous games were multiplayer, but I generally don't play a lot of those types of games and am not the best at them. Mainly because I don't obsess over gaming and play so often to get extremely good and like to have games I can just pick up and play when I feel like it. I still may give it a shot if the co-op mode is good but I'll wait and see.

Okay. I never played a Battlefield game before, and I really don't know anything about the franchise so I didn't know it was mostly multiplayer. I was only interested in this particular game because it is Star Wars, but now knowing that there is no single player I am no longer interested at all.
