Also, pulled my 12th Patch from my daily drop heroic token!!!! 5/2/5 just need one more red...and a bunch of iso.

EDIT: pulled my second Luke Cage from a standard token yesterday and I've decided patch and obw can take out any goon team with their green and blue powers, nearly always without taking a single point of damage. They have great synergy.

That deadpool daily quest could be huge. There are too many 3/4 star characters now that it is really tough to get covers for the guys you want, this will make it a little easier for newer players to make the transition. Will be interested to see how it plays out.

Sounds great to me. Although I can't believe I'm going to be doing "dailies" in a mobile game now.

I just realized that yellow Thor is a progression reward this season, and I'm almost there. Finally I'll be 3/5/5!

Wait, he's been deprecated by a 4* thor, who I won't have fully covered for years? Nevermind.

Finished with 2 Cyclops covers. I have 50 character slots now; I really should sell ones I'm not using, but I have a hard time doing so.

Just because he's not the 2nd best character doesn't mean he isn't really good. I see plenty of people ride him and hood to 800+ point PVP finishes. When he's featured or buffed in PVE, he is a freaking monster.

Even the 1*s? I have 52 slots, but I use 3 for MBW team ups to send to alliance members. I am getting close to the point where I am going to have to make some decisions about the likes of Beast and Doc Oc though.

2 Taco Tokens! got a two star and a 3* green Storm that I couldn't use

Grand total haul 4600 iso. It's real and it's magnificent!

Edit: You have to have Black Panther to beat the node that unlocks the Grand Prize node but not for the Grand Prize node which is survival and is tough. You do not need to beat the 1* and 2* only nodes to get your Black Panther cover.

I guess I should try this out. I haven't played at all in a few weeks.

where the hell is this? i only have that wolvie PVE and the PVP stuff...

The only 1* I have left is Iron Man; it's really some of the useless 2*'s I should give up I think.

yeah, i just got it. wasn't there before. i blasted through that in about 10 mins. too bad i already have yellow black panther maxed out. :/

The Iso is damn nice though. You guys get anything from your Taco Tokens?

both were 2* junk. i do like the possibility of winning 1000 hero points. that would be nice.

I got my second 3* Squirrel Girl yesterday and bagged my 3000 point Lazy Thor, 10th cover, just need one more of each and I'll be perfect 3/5/5.

Oh, I know he's not chump change, it's just that a similar thing happened when I finally fully covered Patch, and they changed X-Force...

The Deadpool daily event is a great way for transitioning players to get more resources (as long as you have a BP already). So kudos to the developers.

Plus I got a green Groot/Rocket from one of the tacos, so I'm happy. Though I'm overflowing in newly achieved yellow 3* covers that I can't use... Patch, Magneto, now BP.

On the plus side, for those that don't have it maxed, blue Hood is the low hanging fruit for the PvE (top 150)!

I still have 1* storm because she holds a special place in my heart from back in the days of environmental tiles. She could really punch above her weight on the dessert and jungle boards. I also have a level 40 Juggs for Balance of power because he is just crazy at level 270.

I only have a handful of 2*s (mainly the ones I maxed out).

Patch is my most used 3*. If you have him and Hulk, you can easily kill off 270/270/220 xforce/thor/featured teams in about 4-5 moves. Make sure Hulk is center or to the left of Patch. Start with 3 g/b boosts (3 all ap boosts if you are shield hoping later in the tourney). Match two (or one) green, hit berserkers rage, put hulk in front and watch the enemy team take 1K each + cascades on each of their turns. Keep hulk in front and you will drop the other team fast. It's as fast as or faster than sentry bombing was. I have seen a lot of people shield hop to 1000 using about 550 HP with this team.

This daily deadpool is extreamly great for pretty much anyone at any stage (1-2*, 2-3*, 3-4*). You get 2 tokens a day that have a chance at HP + about 5K ISO if you can't use the 3* cover in 4 matches. If they keep this reward structure, that is going to add up fast. It is non-competative, and changes everyday, so you don't have to kill yourself grinding. I love it.

Storm was one I *just* sold off a week ago to make room. Although now with the Deadpool Daily's, I feel like I should have kept her. Although if the first event was any indication, it was easy enough to solo with a single character.

snagged a 3* Deadpool black from an Enemy of The State token!

Somewhat related, but Sega bought the creator of this game although not the rights to Marvel Puzzle Quest itself (I imagine because of the license and everything).

Does demiurge actually have other games besides Puzzle Quest?

I wonder how brutal scaling is going to be, if we breeze through these first few taco events. Maybe I'll use some lower leveled characters since there's not time crunch.

They have said that it is designed to make the 2-3* transition easier. They are not going to scale it like the normal PVE stuff.

So happy to see Deadpool, then I grind through it only to get a Magneto, the only 3* I have maxed. Oh well, looking forward to tomorrow!
