So, much like the Clubs that Xbox just added, this new PS4 update added Communities. I almost created one called DVD Talk, but didn't really know what game to focus on or what image to add. Maybe someone here more tech-savvy and active in the online community could make a DVD Community for us all to join perhaps?????

You can put games in your library into folders that aren't downloaded as well.

Communities have been there for over a year, if not from the start.

I did my folders by genre: Comic Book, RPG, Sports, Action etc. Being all digital I forgot how many games I had

I did kind of make a community for here. Well, it's for the Daggers Of Destiny, but since the vast majority of Daggers are from DVD Talk, it sort of fits in. Look for The Daggers Of Destiny if interested.

I'm having game updates failing due to space limitations. I check my available space, and it says I have something like 25 gigs available. Anyone know why I can't download and install a 500 MB update to an already installed game?

Updates require the entire gigs of a game to be free on your HD, not just the size of the update. So if the game is 30 gigs, even if it's already installed, you'll need 30+ extra space for the update. Though you'll get that extra space back after the update.

Woooo, I'm now a PS4 Slim/Uncharted 4 owner. Using the EB Games promos, my total was $237 (tax included). Pretty good considering the regular price for the bundle here is $379 + tax.

Any used games recommendations? I mostly play FPS games and stuff like Tomb Raider and Uncharted. Not interested in multiplayer.

Far Cry 4. It's a great game, so much fun. Not too hard either.

The Metro 2033/Last Light bundle. Two great, single player FPS with nice depth and story in one package. You can get it super cheap too.

How do you feel about action-RPGs?

If you enjoy them even a little bit, get the Witcher 3 Complete Edition.
Can be found for $40 to $50, which gets you the main game and all of it's (amazing) DLC, well over 150 hours of solid game play, and one of the best story/character driven games ever made, to say nothing of it's ridiculously over-detailed and expansive open-world.

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

Already played: Wolfenstein, Last of Us, Metro 2033/Last light.

Loved Far Cry, but hated 2 and 3, so I think I'll give 4 a pass.

Not a big RPG fan (that's why I avoid the Middle East ), but I'll check out Witcher 3. What about Fallout 4?

Also, is the "Nathan Drake Collection" worth it? I woudn't mind replaying those.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Drake collection is solid - the games look great updated.

Fallout 4 is really good, lots of detail and lots to do - almost too much to do. There's shooting, but I wouldn't call it a shooter. It's definitely more of an RPG.

I haven't played it, but how about Just Cause 3?

I played the heck out of Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor but some people don't like it. It's a combat game along the lines of the Arkham titles.

I thought it was a hell of a lot of fun, personally, but this was the first game in the series I played, so I didn't carry over any expectations from JC2. The performance issues widely complained about weren't as much of a nuisance for me as it was for other people. Clearing out a lot of the towns/bases can feel kinda same-y after a while, but overall, it was one of my absolute favorites of 2015. I love the creativity it offers with the tethers and all the different ways to string together impossibly colossal explosions.

I thought a lot of the gameplay mechanics of JC3 were better than JC2.

I've never ventured in the Far Cry world until 4. I fucking loved it and probably sank 60+ hours into it.

I recently finished Ratchet and Clank...three times. That should tell you all you need to know.

The best Far Cry, by far is still Blood Dragon.

I can't get enough R&C either. When I finish one, even if it took me 10-15 hours, I still want more planets!

And Far Cry 4 is much better than FC3 and FC2 was absolutely awful. I don't think your not liking the two previous games should be a reason to avoid this one. I think it's much better.

Also, though Assassin's Creed games are hit-and-miss, the last one, Syndicate is pretty fun. I bet you can find it pretty cheap.
