BTW - The way they've coded the Gold Box prevents anyone from scoring Shary Bobbins until they've already unlocked it TWENTY times.... at least according to TSTOaddicts.com

Yeah.. I've gotten very few baskets as well.. I'm also on Team Pink for the event.

Trading in other towns for blue eggs is slow going as it takes 100 pink to get 50 blue.. So I need 1000 pink eggs to get 500 blue. At least I have the items from the pink box I want so I don't need to redeem any eggs for a pink box any more.

Anyone get 50 fences? I'm at six.

I've got a bit over 50 fences.

I did bump up to 11 between now and my last post. 15 donuts would be great but with only a week left I doubt it will happen at this point. Glad it seems all the different kind of fences are factored into the 50-fence total, though.

Which other fences count?

The multi-colored picket fence from the Gold Egg box counted for me. That's why I went to a non-3 multiplier number like 11 (2 fences from that way).

Ahh.. I got one of those placed.. I didn't realize it counted.. though I should have when my total fences is at 26.. So I must have gotten two of those multi-colored fences then since the previous multiple of 3 is 24....

I didn't seem to be getting any baskets for a while, but then I checked my inventory and found six. You might want to double check there, just in case some have been sneaking by.

I did get the fabrege egg finally and the Blocko store.

Cashed in 2000 blue eggs: Pond, egg pile, 100 gold eggs, fences (now up to 38).

I do have an open pink basket. I'll probably continue to cash those in in hopes of getting gold eggs, and use my blues to try for Johnny Fiestas.

Got Hugs Bunny. Leaves only Shary and Kodos topiary. If I get Shary first, I may just skip the 0.5x topiary.

Finally got all the fence pieces and it gave me 15 donuts! W00T!

Had to kill my river walk to add the new buildings, next to go is my subdivision.

If any of my neighbors are in desperate need of eggs, I plan to do an final egg drop on Friday -- I'll have about 3000+ pink and 1000+ blues.

Finally one item closer to being done with this event.

Last night I traded 500 pink eggs for a box.. I got the beach towel.
Traded in all my extra pink eggs for blue eggs while visiting towns.
Today had enough blue eggs to get a blue box. I got 300 gold eggs. Which put me at 700 gold eggs.
Traded in for a gold box.. I got Father Sean.
Now I just need Shary Bobbins from the Gold box and Johnny Fiestas from the Blue box and that's all I care about getting.

I don't even care if I don't finish the "get 50 fences" quest.. I have 29 currently.

Cashed in three pink boxes for 300 gold eggs, a tree, and three fences (up to 41)

Cashed in a blue box for 100 gold eggs.

Cashed in a gold box for two fences (up to 43).

That's one of the annoying things about this event: I would like eggs, you have eggs... but I have no baskets. Again, it's whether I randomly get one.

For a while, I was getting a number of random donuts from neighbor visits, but those also dried up till I got one yesterday.

I've only gotten two baskets from bunnies during this entire event. I keep checking my inventory to see if any sneaked in there, to no avail.

Got the lighthouse in FP, though, and that's pretty cool.

You can now buy gold eggs for donuts.

I got the egg council guy last night. Blue box done.

I'm not going to get the things I wanted. Doesn't the event end in the next day or so?

I had 600 blue eggs... traded for box, got 300 gold eggs. WHich put me at 500 gold eggs... got fences.

I'm at 650 pink eggs.. hoping to get up to 1000 to trade in, if I can, for blue eggs to get 500 to trade for a box... I just need Johnny Fiesta's from Blue box and Shary Bobbins from Gold.

After going through towns and trading pink eggs for blue, I got to 996 blue. Traded in box.. got egg pile It stopped for a moment on Johnny Fiesta's.. so I thought i was going to get lucky.. but nope.. went to egg pile..

Ahh.. ok.. thanks.. I saw a message on Facebook from the EA page or page related to this game saying to hurry up and get all your items. It made me think it was ending within a day or two. I hope they do extend it by a little bit.. or tweak stuff to let people get the highly desired items.

And right after posting that, I traded in 500 blue eggs as I had 505... I got Johnny Fiestas.

Now I just need Shary Bobbins from the Gold box. Though I only have 200 gold eggs and 100 pink eggs..

I got Chirpy Boy and Bart. Jr this morning. But my friends have a serious lack of baskets at the moment, I had seven or eight yesterday and they filled up overnight. So it seems there's a big demand for them.
