Mission Expired Reward 10 Donuts Expired, something like that to mess with people.

Small three-part, Super Bowl-themed questline launched today.

Homer and Lisa kick things off -- The Duff Racer* for in-game cash (originally a freebee back in September 2012) and the Duff Party Bus* for donuts are back, but no new characters or buildings.

*If you already have those items, nothing new for you, as the you can only buy one of each apparently.

^Last night I decided to set everyone on 24-hour tasks instead of my usual 8-hour.

They did something somewhat similar with the quest on Thanksgiving where Homer resets the clock on his myPad to get more free donuts.

this should mean that the three donuts were in the middle and next time will be on the far left?

My most recent was on the right. Previous was in the middle.

So, you don't know if the three donuts where in the middle or the left?

This time my next level donut bonus gave me two on the far left side, previously it was the far right side.

So I did buy the donut box in the middle and it had the three donuts so next time it should be on the far right side?

According to the forums they are going to release the Valentines update today. So plan accordingly.

The 3-donut box moves one spot to the left after each level update. If it was in the middle this time, it will be on the LEFT next time.

How I keep track is simple. I bought a trash can and have placed it in front of the Simpson's house. I put the can on either the left, in the middle, or on the right-hand edge of the property (along the curb, of course) to mark where the triple-donut will be next time. Last time for me the donuts were in the right-hand box, so my trash can is now centered in front of the house.

Can't remember where I read that idea, but it's been working great for me so far. I've been 4-for-4 ever since I started tracking using my trash can marker.

After the update don't forget to IMMEDIATELY check the Confirm Donut Spend option!
