I do admit that I've intentionally tried to forget as much as I could about this release so that I can enjoy it more. I barely remember the setlist, I've avoided the opening cinematic, I haven't watched a single chart or stream or video leaked by the public. I'm happy with those decisions :)

If I knew whether the packages are the same I would go get it at midnight tonight at gamestop and then return my amazon copy tomorrow to them. Which is in no way wrong if anyone says anything ;)

There are many songs on the RB2 disk that I would be happy to not have transfer;
something tells me all of those selections will transfer just fine though....just as it was with RB1.

Bah, just had my third hang while playing. All three have been in the menu system. First two are right when the loading cut scene plays right after you pick a song, this last one was when I went to change the sorting options. PLZFIXHMXKTHXBYE

See, that's what happens when you play early. God hates you and you have to wait until release day to get the inevitable release day patch

So instead of banning people who get it early like MS did, they learned and instead keep the game broken until release day when they patch it. Pretty ingenious if you ask me :D

Haha, disconnected from Live fixes the problem. Hopefully that means it's the same hang as the one people are getting when going to customize stuff, and they will fix it soon. It seems fine as long as I don't sort by Artist (at least for now).
