Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night
I got a tank shot in on an Apache last night from nearly across the map. Surprised that didn't earn me a medal or anything. Only productive thing I did all night.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night
I thought you did great for your first time.
Pretty good showing last night...something in the 10-12 range, though it thinned out for a bit during the Pens game. It never ceases to amaze me how much Pittsburg hockey affects Warhawk Tuesday...such a random thing.
- The double-ambient warfare teamkill on Nic and Slider was easily my highlight of the night. F'ing epic.
- Archipelago was more fun than usual. I made a point to stay on the ground most of the time, and it seemed like a competitive game.
- Really liking Supply Chain as a Collection map. Can't believe we let those blue bastards beat us!
- Knives and Nades was fun as always.
- I threw Northern Bridge in there as a throwback, and I thought it was pretty fun as long as numbers are small. It always made a good second or last map.
- The dogfight was my mistake. It was supposed to be a TDM.
- Slider.
So thanks for coming out for the past two years. It's been good times. We'll see some of you for Wookie Friday, I hope.

Sorry I missed you guys. I wanted to get on earlier, but my children conspired against me. By the time was able to get online it was about quarter to 11, and at that point I figured you guys would be closing up just as I was getting acclimated, so I didn't jump on.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night
I didn't have much fun at all. Three maps with Z and Friz on the same team did me in pretty early. I appreciate that they let up a bit, but it just felt any attempt to win was fruitless. Then the map where it was five on four and Frizby's idea of 'sitting out' included hassling me while I was binoc'ing flag carriers put me over the edge and I pretty much just fucked around the rest of the night. Northern Bridge probably would have been awful if I was still giving a crap by that point.
Edit: And no R2 sighting. Every week R2 does not show up, Chew kills a puppy.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night
I've always enjoyed that map (probably my favorite TDM map), but I think it's better with more players.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night
I prefer Urban Strike, Grinder, King of the Hill and two of the Tau Crater maps to Northern Bridge...and I think Spire Shut-In is growing on me.
My favorite discovery of late is Supply Chain - Collection.
