No, but they are in the doorways.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Back to Douchebag (been thinking about it)...

I think it has potential, and I think that's the right map, but we need to make sure that we have the non-douchebags spawning at the main base. I think it's the Eucadian (blue) side.

I think I would like a regular TDM with anything goes rules better than Douchebag personally.

I don't disagree, but I do think Douchebag is an interesting concept, and the name makes me

We'd need a big symmetrical map for anything goes...likely something on Eucadia.

The laser light show in Douchebag is worth the price of admission.

Agreed. Especially considering that the price of admission is free.

This is really the only time a laser light show is worth the price of admission.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

My late attendance last week means I missed out on dropships. Can we have a map or two with them?

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Request:

Eucadia Northern Bridge - 10 min. TDM
Jetpacks, but no Warhawks.
Each team must stay on their side of the bridge. You can't go passed the bridge at any time. You can hover in the air on your side of the map, but you can't hover on the other team's side. The bridge is neutral territory, both teams can fight on the bridge. Mines are allowed on the bridge.

The next game would the same exact thing, but you have to make sure you are spawning with the team on the opposite side of the map than you were previously on last round (same teams, different sides essentially). This will ensure that everybody gets a chance to play on the higher ground, and will change the pace. It has been a while since we've played Northern Bridge, and seeing as both of these maps would only be ten minutes we wouldn't be playing on it any longer than we used to (20 minutes total).

To make up for the lost total game time we would suffer from having two ten minute maps in the rotation, I suggest we add ten minutes to Archipelago.

Thoughts?

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

An interesting plan I suppose. Seems to me that just setting it up for 20 and switching at 10 would make more sense...and even then, it sounds terrible.

Dropships are go Chew...probably similar rotation to last week.

Again my PS3 is giving me problems. I just got back from voting and it isn't letting me sign on. Got my router unplugged and I'm going to try again in a minute. I just heard Olbermann say the Republicans took control of the House so I have to binoc something soon or else my head my explode.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Fun games tonight, but light turnout...lots of 3 on 3 and 4 on 4.

- Loved the jetpack lobby.
- Douchebag was fun and close...was surprised when nic ran me over with the warhawk.
- Hopefully Chew has the dropships out of his system.
- I thought the zones map with just 3 zones was a good time again

Thanks for coming out fellas.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

I thought for sure using a dropship to carry a jeep with a flag carrier would not work.

... but it did.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Yeah, if team damage isn't back next week I may have to take it upon myself to spend the entire night finding ways around the lack of it.

I'm personally enjoying the lack of team damage...guessing Chew and probably Flip are same.
