Well IGN just put up an 8.5 review of Rocket Riot. It actually sounds like a lot of fun. This game seems to have come out of nowhere, but might steal some of Magic's thunder. This could very well be a 1600 point day for me.

Sounds good. I agree about a 1600 point day. Seems like the only way out is if the demos play like shit, but that's not looking likely.

Team Xbox also likes it and gives Rocket Riot a 9.0

No sign of the Magic: The Gathering Demo. They have a link in the 'New Arrivals' section but it's currently broken.

Sam and Max demo is up as well. I didn't realizethis game is the full season : 6 episodes, 20 hours of gameplay apparently. It's 1600 points and 475 MB in size. Not a bad deal for that much content. Wonder if the port is as sloppy as W&G.

Anyone having trouble downloading on the marketplace? I tried to download the demo of both Magic and Sam & Max and both failed to completed with a status code: 80070057. I tried again after I come home from work.

Someone else on CAG said they can only get the Magic game to go to 1% and it freezes.

Yep, that is what is happening to me as well.

Come on guys, they only spent 24 hours upgrading Xbox Live yesterday. You can't expect it to handle complex operations like file downloads.

They could have scheduled the maintenance on a Thursday when nothing really comes out. Noooo they had to screw over RB Tuesday and XBLA Wednesday.

Normally I'd say that Thur-Sun are the big online gaming days, so they'd normally avoid those. But being that this is the summer, I think they're all just as bad as the others.

I'd imagine Tuesday is the slowest day on XBLA.

I was talking about overall XBL gaming - like Halo, CoD, L4D, etc.

Tuesday has to have a bump over Monday if for no other reason than Rock Band updates.
