Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

You should probably put the rest of that under the spoiler, dad1153.

Spoiler:
This is exactly who I wanted to win. I think the smartest thing would be to get rid of Rachel. She's already won 2 HoH comps and a veto. That would also make Porsche a free agent, since she only seems to talk to Rachel and Adam. The only reason I wouldn't want Jeff or Jordan to go this week is because CBS would put them right back in the house the following week with America's vote.

Done.

BTW, techically speaking
Spoiler:
a noob still hasn't won HOH yet this season since Dani is still a veteran even if she's no longer part of that alliance. Still, a veteran turning on the veterans with a vengeance is just what the doctor ordered to salvage this boring-so-far season.

Also, that Keith stuff is all conjecture at this point isn't it? Who's to say the guy wouldn't have been totally worthless in comps? You may want to work through this Shelly lynchpin thesis a bit more.

As for tonight's winner....
Spoiler:
if it leads to more Brenchel pouting and Dani/Rachel fighting, I'm all for it. I hate them both so I'm all for them tearing each other apart. Of course I still feel she'll go for Jeff/Jordan first. Unless she realizes she'd have a lot more support from some of the other folks by targeting Brenchel ASAP.

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

I'm actually looking forward to Sunday's taped show. After reading some at jokers, it
Spoiler:
should be hilarious to see all the crying of Rachel and then Brendan trying to comfort her. Brendan has been telling her that if he wins the veto, he'll use it to save her and not himself. Stupid. He's also apparently telling her that if he doesn't win the POV, then he'll tell everyone to vote him off. I think it would be hilarious if Brendan didn't win the veto and told everyone to vote him off, but they all declined and voted Rachel out anyway cause no one could stand the psycho and wanted her ass evicted ASAP.

And the winner of the POV competition is
Spoiler:
Brendon!

He's been saying and telling anybody that will listen that he will take Rachel off the block if he won POV. Jordan has also begged Dani to put her as a replacement, which will probably make Dani put Jeff up as a replacement to ensure the veterans are broken. If Brendon can be talked into using the veto on himself though -J&J tried to the night before because they know Rachel on their side will make them even bigger targets that they already are- Rachel would go and Dani would be thoroughly f***ed with a motivated Brendon on her tail, just like last year.

Remind myself never to read comments on CBS.com. People don't know how to keep their mouth shuts for others who don't watch unaired stuff.

Anyway, the show has been pretty boring even with some outbursts. Hope there is a shakeup and for the contestants to use some wits and have fun in the house.

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

OMFG, from Joker's:
Spoiler:
3:47 PM Bren says it might not be a bad thing if he uses POV on himself. He says whoever is against her would prolly go home.

He's out of his friggin' mind... Charles Manson could be sitting next to Rachel on eviction night and the latter would be voted out. I do hope Shelly, Jeff & Jordan work on Brendon's delusion though and talk him into using the POV on himself. Dani and Kalia have already realized Shelly is on J&J's good side and are shunning her.

Well...
Spoiler:
a good reason to keep Rachel around is that she's going to gunning for Danielle next week if she stays.

Spoiler:
The worst thing that could happen for Dani is any scenario where she puts up Jeff or Jordan (with Jordan, though, she has almost zero chance of going home) as a replacement and the house votes out one of them because they'll be back the very next week and Dani's pre-arranged HOH reign will have accomplished nothing. If Brenden or Rachel go home, Cassi will almost certainly be the returning houseguest and I'd expect her to team back up with Shelly and then join up with Jeff and Jordan. After the coup d'etat Jeff got, a lot of people, especially Dani, would be upset to see him leave and have America send him right back in. Personally, I'd love it.

Spoiler:

There's no good reason to keep Rachel around. Ever. No matter if you get rid of Brendan or Rachel the other one will always be after you. They only know how to play out of spite and emotion and they win a bunch. Your only bet is to get one out and try to stay alive till you can get the other, but the longer you keep them together the harder it gets to ever get them separated.

But yeah....it's nice to see that Brenchel's delusion has never, and probably will never, go away. They are seriously the worst.

Spoiler:
If I were in Adam or Shelley or Porsche's place, it might be beneficial to keep Rachel because she'll be going after Danielle and Kalia. She does play out of spite an emotion, so it would be useful to have that directed toward other players. It's an easy way to get rid of Danielle without bloodying your hands.

Plus, Rachel would eventually burn all of her bridges and melt down without Brendon around to reign her in. Then she gets taken down easily a few weeks down the road.

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

^^^
Spoiler:
But since Brendon will use the POV to free himself -or Rachel if he chooses at the last second to fall on his sword- Dani is afraid that, if she nominated either Jeff or Jordan as replacement, they'd be sent home (Jeff because he already won $10K, Jordan because she won last year) precisely because a freed Brenchel would go on a rampage and guarantee the other HG's two more weeks of targets off their back. By relying on Lawon or Kalia (her only true blue allies) to compete for her on HOH Dani has put herself in a precarious situation of needing to win the next POV competition to ensure her stay.

Ironically, despite claiming to not be playing a game on personal feelings, the reason the curent HOH is in this jam is precisely because being personally offended that his/her wishes weren't followed is why the people who are nominated for eviction were selected. It's pathetic.

However they won't both be on the block this week with Brendan picking up the veto. So you still need to eliminate either Rachel or Brendan, whoever stays on the block, so that they aren't together anymore. But regardless, those targets of Rachel will be the same ones for Brendan. If Dani is responsible for sending Rachel out, she'll be his #1 target for the rest of the game. So it's really no difference who goes IMO. Dani knows shes effed either way and will be on the defensive.

It's Big Brother. "It's not personal" is the biggest lie anyone ever tells in the house, and they all say it. All the time.

I think Danielle is my new favorite. Anyone who is the main enemy of Brenchal, I am for.

I had to LOL when psycho Rachel was describing Kalia as the "crazy" one.

Well Brendon made that easy for Dani to not do him any favors then, since they decided to lie to everybody and say that he was going to use it on himself for the last day or so. I'm sure so they could be "shocking". Whatever...see ya neanderthal.

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

Spoiler:
The beauty of Brendon's move though is that it forced Dani (who was leaning to putting someone other than Jeff & Jordan on the block as replacements -she really went through every conceivable scenario the last couple of days- to put Jordan instead. It's not like J&J weren't going to stab Dani in the back first chance they got, but now either J&J can nominate Dani for eviction/backdoor with the excuse that Jordan was on the block.

Bet Dani now wishes she had dropped and let Kalia get her hands bloody this week so she (Dani) would at least have a fighting chance next week.

How did Brendon force that though? I thought it was pretty solid that she was doing Jordan for many days now. It's not like she would've picked someone else if Rachel stayed on the block. It's still the same result with one of Brenchel leaving regardless. Don't get me wrong, Brendon would love for people to think there was some masterfully brilliant stroke to him saving Rachel at the last minute, but ultimately it matters not.

Not to mention that putting up half of J/J keeps them honest as well as those are 2 votes she then doesn't have to worry about flipping over. She's been securing Jordan's safety all weekend with folks.

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

Spoiler:
I have to lmao at Brendon using the veto on Rachel -- she is SO disliked, she'll likely be the next one out. If she had any sense, she'd insist on him using it on himself as the two of them collectively have a better chance of winning if Brendon was by himself in the house.

And, I remember reading at Jokers that J&J were on board with Jordan going up and had no problem with it. I thought I had read that Jordan willingly went along with it. I don't think that will blow the deal they had w Dani to keep her safe for one week. But, who knows?

It would be interesting to see J&/orJ win HOH and honor the deal by NOT putting Dani up. And, then Rachel would learn of the deal they had cut with Dani.

I really am looking forward to a down-and-dirty cat fight between Rachel and Danielle. You know Rachel's gonna be livid with Dani being responsible for evicting Brendon and for "coming between Rachel and her man." lol

Except there's no way that the house is going to keep Brendon in the game over Jordan. So yeah...good HOH. And I'm assuming it'll either be Dominic or Cassi coming back, so it's not like Rachel will be picking up any additional friends. Gonna be hilarious.
