Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

Generally, this cast seems too likable. There is no one yet to really root against which is what usually makes the show more fun. Plus there haven't been any big blow up fights which we usually get by now, or at least hints that some will come. I don't see many big fights happening except between Rachel and Brendan. Actually, their "fight" was the most interesting thing I've seen on BBAD so far. Hopefully thing will get better like they usually do, although last season turned out to be pretty much of a dud. Casting needed to get a few loose screws in there, which there is less of a chance of with so many returning players.

Things might become more interesting. Per Joker's,
Spoiler:
Dominic win POVs.

That should spell the end of Cassie if J and J are thinking they way they were before and if things haven't changed much since I last had a chance to read any update at Joker's. Cassie was the 2nd target after Dom, she was playing aggressively, she wanted vets out, and while it sucks for most men (I, personally, don't find her that hot), it might have that added benefit of calming down the crazy-ass Rachel for a while because she's as jealous as they come and with Cassie out, she might be a bit easier to deal with until the game becomes more than vets plus some newbies against the rest of the newbies and into a more "normal" BB game with mixed alliances. Also, I don't see the newbies wanting to vote against Shelly, this years house mother.

Maybe they can convince Dominic that Adam is the target so he won't use the veto.

I hope Cassi doesn't go; we still haven't seen Rachel go batshit yet this season. What's the point in having her around if she doesn't flip her shit?

It's up to Jordan to decide, and you know what that means: Jeff decides.

I think is Keith is going home again this week. During the entire Brendan superhero segment, Keith was in the background. Nice edit, CBS.

All I know is that brenchal are really, really annoying, esp the female half. But, the male half is annoying in his own right.

I hope one of these weeks that they get evicted. Should at least be funny to see them balling. I think Danielle and Jeff will make sure that they are the first of the vets to go. They already seem to be getting lined up for that.

I don't think so. Danielle seems like a smart player and she knows she would never beat Jordan in the final. Sticking with Brendan and Rachel would keep the target off her and she'd have a much better chance at making it to the finals.

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

That was the highlight of the season so far with Rachel balling in the bushes. She's a nut, and Brendan is blind.

Jordan: "She's freakin' nuts!"

Too bad Jordan has no balls.

I haven't been following this online, on after dark, or even at Jokers. Why wasn't Lawon and Kahlia even mentioned as possible replacement nominees?

This is getting incredibly hard to watch with Rachel and Brendan there again. She's such a horrible person and he is just such a pussy. At least she knows that America hates here and the backlash should be even greater this time around.

And did Porsche's rack even make an appearance tonight? The only have a few more weeks to utilize them so they need to be "milking" them for all they're worth. At least we got some nice Cassi bikini action.

I do not like Rachel and Brendan, but putting up anyone other than Shelly/Cassi would have been a bad move. The game is still in couples. If they had put up Brendan/Rachel, Jeff would have to win HOH to assure their safety. Now, they have Brendan and Rachel for another week in this HOH, and as a huge obvious target if someone else wins.

As for why not Lawon and Kalia...Rachel and Daniele both had huge hard-ons for Cassi (for different reasons). If Jordan hadn't put her up she would have run the risk of losing her alliance anyway. Lawon and Kalia are nothing at this point (I realize people like that have won). They're an easy week. In order to maintain the peace at original nomination time, they had to promise that Shelley and Cassi were the replacment noms.

The bad thing for Jeff and Jordan is that long term keeping Cassi probably would have been better for their game. Add to that the fact that they genuinely like her more than most of the people they are currently aligned with. Unfortunately, in order to get to long term you have to survive short term so they had to make this move.

It kinda sucks for both Jeff/Jordan and Cassi. There is always the vote though so who knows.

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

I'm sure J&J talked about this, but they didn't air anything about it: Why not put up Lawon and his partner instead? Cassie and her partner both seem like they would target Brachel more than J&J. Seems like the safest move to me and it wouldn't tick anyone off except Rachel who'd be upset because it wasn't her choice.

LOL that Brendon actually seemed logical tonight when trying to calm his wacko partner down.

Shelley & Cassi would have targeted B/R, or at least Cassi would; I don't think Shelley wants HOH right now. It wasn't just Rachel though. Daniele wants Cassi out so Dom is free to team up with her when it becomes singles. Dom trusts Cassi so she's blocking Dani's path to Dom. The Dom/Cassi relationship is really the only reason getting Cassi out makes sense for J/J. But conversely she would have had some influence over him if he had won HOH.

And, of course, Brendan wants Cassi out b/c Rachel does. The other houseguests opinions didn't really matter.

Congratulations to Rachel for winning HOH two weeks in a row.

That's exactly what they should have done. All they had to do was come up with a convincing reason that either Lawon or Kalia needs to go and then you feed that to your alliance. As long as it's a decent story, these paranoid people would buy into it.

What you don't do is take out the person that the other people want out. You just did their dirty work and took out their #1 target. Now that the distraction is out of the way, they get back to thinking about when they need to turn on you.

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

i really despise BB for this crap they call season 13

i've been a diehard fan, but i can't support this season

and i just think its wrong for not getting this girl rachel professional help... one might have thought her persona last season was just in the script, but this girl is crazy and that guy with her needs pro help too

i'm no jeff/jordan groupie, in fact i can't stand how the new hg and all the folks in internet land been riding they jocks... that being said, i think BB producers whole purpose of this "season" was specifically to put Jeff/Jordan w/ the "bootleg Jeff/Jordan" just to make fun of the them... the donatos and the mantroll looking woman, meeshack taylor, and the others was just thrown in there by lottery and serve no purpose but to take up space

imagine how good the show could have been with 14 newbies, folks forming their own alliances and cliques, folks being able to come with there own strategy and gameplay, etc

i can already see that Dani will end up wining this nonsense and i bet she wont be as generous with the money like her dad was to her

thats all i gotta say...

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

You probably won't like the rumored upcoming Legends vs. Allstars season then. Going by when the last full Allstars season was (season7), we could see all returning players next season (14).

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

^^^I think everyone has been waiting for that to happen. I can't figure out if Danielle is trying to work with Dominic or playing him to help her get further along in the game. I say Brendan and Rachael are the targets for eviction next week or as soon as they are down to 10 players.

Vote's coming up.

I'd really like to see Cassi stay (and win HOH) and drive Rachel batshit crazy. I doubt that will happen, but...

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

Rachel has got to be the most unlikable and just plain ugly person that I've ever seen in BB. And, Brendan is not far behind.

I agree with the above, .... This season is a disappointment. Maybe if Dick hadn't left, it would have been better. But, none of the other "vets" deserve or even should have been brought back. Bringing these vet couples back was a dumb idea.

And, since I don't know, how did Dick share his money for winning?

Re: Big Brother 13 (CBS)

So Rachel literally has only three couples to choose from this week: Dominic/Adam, Lawon/Kalia, and Jeff/Jordan. Assuming, she doesn't nominiate J/J, the vets pretty much get to choose which person goes with one possible exception. If they want Dominic gone, she needs to nominate Lawon/Kalia. Then it's 50/50 if Dominic/Adam compete in the veto comp. If anyone else wins veto, they would use it and Dominic/Adam would go up. The vets have four votes and the newbies have four votes so Rachel would break a tie. Assuming that Daniele is willing to vote Dominic out.

The next HOH competition is mostly likely endurance, so I would think that Dominic would be the biggest threat to the vets. All the gold key winners should be competing in the next HOH. The last gold key winner doesn't seem to benefit at all from having the key.

So does Rachel's HOH status override her two weeks on slop to let her eat?
