That whole Secretariat bit was awesome! I was in tears from laughing the whole time through that part.

The interview with Mila was even better than expected. She need to be on there more... and need to do the Secretariat dance!

Re: The Craig Ferguson Appreciation Thread

The interview with (the incredibly beautiful) Mila was great. I lost it at this part:

Mila: We were doing a press tour for That 70s Show.
Craig: You were only 15 when you started that show?
Mila: I was 14 when I started that show.
Craig: (worried look on face, puts hand on forehead) Oh boy, really?
Geoff: Uh-ohh!

Re: The Craig Ferguson Appreciation Thread

That Secretariat segment had me fuck that was good. The Secretariat dance is addicting.

Sid "I was practicing my introduction to do my introduction to the show tonight & I cussed too much & the censor at CBS said I cussed too much & I have do it again."

Audience member "Awwww" Sid "I know! Thanks for saying awwww you patronizing bastard."

Craig: "wouldn't be here if had that kind of money & CBS would be playing a rerun of Becker. Which actually wouldn't be that bad."

Craig: "A copy of that leaked onto the internet. I was furious. For legal reasons."

Craig: "When does Dr. Who come on CBS? Is it on CBS? Oh, it's not on CBS at all. In that case I wouldn't watch it if I were you."

Craig: "If you're lucky enough to be nominated for a porn award this weekend remember there are no losers only weiners."

Re: The Craig Ferguson Appreciation Thread

Strong week, but Friday was extra great!

The Secretariat skit was awesome! (Loved how Katie sold the Secretariat dance! Between her last visit a few weeks ago and that, I've got a whole new respect for her.)

Mila was once again a super guest, especially with all of the stuff she will go into, but even the extra with her unknowingly walking through certain doors. (The laugh made it even better.)

Geechy even was pretty good. (I remember just thinking, from hearing his name MANY years ago/seeing him on late night -damn, Tonight with Carson? - that he was annoying.)

Great way to end the solid week!

Mila Kunis interview was awesome, Craig really is the best at what he does.

I can see having some good questions for the supernanny. Attell and Leary should be fun. Looks like a pretty good week!

Re: The Craig Ferguson Appreciation Thread

No one of real interest to me this week, but I can handle Leary and Duchovny in small doses. Hottie of the week looks like Piper Perabo. I've never seen her show. Can anyone comment on how it is?

Re: The Craig Ferguson Appreciation Thread

Paula Abdul was a real downer on the show last night if you ask me. Craig was trying his best but she was just dragging the whole thing down and not being a fun guest at all. Dave Attell was pretty great though, made me miss Insomniac.

No shit. The woman's a dancer, for chrissakes, and she even can't be bothered to get out of her chair for Secretariat? Major fail.

Craig even called her on it.

Hell, even Russell Crowe danced (a little) when Secretariat came out.

Yeah, it seemed like she wasn't really ready/prepared for the looser style Craig brings.

We're spoiled on the pill popping will say anything crazy Paula. This was sober and BORING Paula trying to be serious.

I loved when he mentioned Paula doing an awkward pause throughout her whole interview.

Just watched it, she seemed to loosen up as the interview went on.

He definitely didn't disappoint. (I'm glad I'm not the only one who misses Insomniac.)

Re: The Craig Ferguson Appreciation Thread

Paula really strained Craig's ability to keep things fun, and that's saying something.

Also, I had no idea Greg Giraldo had died until Craig and Dave were talking about it

Were we watching the same interview? I think the best part of the interview was when she tried to signal for Secretariat and him telling her no... and then him admitting to checking her ass out and then her reaction after he said it.

Wow, surprised you didn't hear about that. That was huge all over the internet/news and I know there was a thread about it on here too. But yea, it really sucks that he died.. I do wish I could go to that show he was talking about. Seinfeld, Black, Norton and Attel = gold!

I would love to know the reason why he keeps picking on Randy Quaid... has Craig ever explained why?
