Is Wendy Booker the adventurer w/ MS that took Craig's kangaroo nuts to the North Pole?
I watched Gugino's interview yesterday - I still see why she has been at the top of my list for over a decade.

I've been catching up on a bunch of saved episodes during the show's break. I've quickly grown to love the 'live' Geoff, the guy who does Geoff is hilarious and has great chemistry with Craig. I loved how he had Craig in tears with the 'oh yeah I've got a place there' bit.

Re: The Craig Ferguson Appreciation Thread
So I guess we have another week of reruns this week. According to the guide on DISH Network, all of this weeks shows are new, but monday's certainly wasn't and I can tell from the guests listed that the rest of the week's aren't either.
This same thing happened a few months ago. strange.

Not show related but I ordered two tickets to see Craig do stand up in Minnesota in September. I'm pretty stoked!

OMG. Am I the only one thinking the world's going to end if Paris Hilton and Neil Gaiman appear on the same show? I couldn't think of an odder pairing if I tried.

You make it sound like we have an either/or choice. Personally, I think the guy does a great job being quick-witted and spontaneous, and when they throw in the pre-recorded bits it works better now, like when old friends use a shorthand of an inside joke. Geoff Peterson may be the most consistently funny thing on TV.

The canned remarks do have appeal, they make for some good non sequiturs and it's fun to see how Geoff chooses to respond with a limited vocabulary. However for my money, I have to go with live Geoff. Everything he says is hilarious and I love the conversational tone he takes with Craig. Stuff like the "Oh yeah I got a place there" jokes you just can't get with the canned remarks.

Dennis Miller: Flurry of political-themed jokes
Craig: I hate it when political guests come on and won't shut up about their political agenda.
Dennis Miller: Joke likening Geoff to Nancy Pelosi
Most flagrant failure to take a hint that I've seen in quite some time. Melissa Joan Hart was lovely. I'd like to see her back on the show, with more time. I confess, I tend to forget how old she actually is. The fact she still looks young doesn't make it any easier, and I'm not a particularly attentive follower of hers so I only have a casual perception of her.

Re: The Craig Ferguson Appreciation Thread
Melissa Joan Hart is one of my new favorites guests. Dennis Miller's schtick can be annoying but I thought he was alright this time and he's obviously a fan of Craigs. That trailer for Craig's appearance on Arthur's show looked ridiculous, I wonder if they're planning on showing any of that.

All I know is that I'm jealous the French get to see that at the theater, and I have to sit through the same Sprite hip-hop video they've been playing since 2007.
