Of course, Alvin and the kid were found shot to death the next morning...

Don't trust her! She's EVIL!

Best episode of the three. This show started off good and just gets better.

Mazzy Star and Xander Berkley: two of my favorite things.

All I remember is that it was on the So Tonight That I May See LP. I'm terrible at remembering track titles, so I can't remember which one it is.

That "Nina" is in federal witness protection is sort of funny if you think about it...

Great ep. After a somewhat shaky premiere, this show just keeps getting better and better.

Ironically, this WAS the premiere. This was the official pilot episode. Except they moved it back to the 3rd episode. Probably because it was better than the first 2.

Blue Light, from So Tonight That I Might See. Get that and Among My Swan, both. You shall not regret it.

I liked this ep. but missed the light hearted humor of last week's. Since we got two "24" alums on ABC, I wonder if there's a chance of Carla Gugino doing a guest spot on that series? Not a major character, but one thing that show (24) has taught is one or two eps is ample time for one character to make an impact.

Carla is soooooo hot!

I am enjoying watching this show I have watched the past two episodes. Carla has got to be one of if not hottest woman on television. I would like to see some of the charcters from the movie on the tv show for an episode or so.

Karen:" I'm a U.S. Marshall. Are you hurt, sir?"

Jack: "I'm Jack Bauer, I'm with CTU. My left leg is broken in six places and my right one in four. Help me stand up, I have to run after my daughter...she's wandering toward traffic..."

Great episode, probably my favorite so far (it is the first one that I saw since I watched the pilot a few months ago, and I did mention on this group that Kelly from AR was in it)...

I'm surprised so many people liked this episode the best. I was disappointed, and I can see why they postponed it rather than let it be the premiere. I prefer the lighter tone of the first two episodes, which were really working the Elmore Leonard vibe. This one seemed like it was Just Another Cop Show, albeit with a really hot babe in the lead.

I hope the show goes the direction of the first two eps. It would be something really different on TV right now, which is what we really need.

Hell, I still miss Maximum Bob.

Good episode, with some focus on the guys Sisco's is trying to collar. I was disappointed with how they brought in Gary Cole for the the revenge-driven marshall role. Oh well, he could have been used for more interesting material on the show.

I become more and more infatuated with Carla Gugino with each passing week.

So, are we to assume you'll be adding the Spy Kids movies to your collection soon?

So do I...

I liked last night's ep as well. The only thing I would have changed was the ending - She should have shot Gary Cole's marshall character before he had a chance to lay down his weapon. Oh well, they will have to continue that storyline somewhere down the road this season.

Only problem w/ the ep was that there wasn't enough Marshal Sisco.

The only part of this show I do not like is Sisco chasing after guys in those damn heels. She might have caught that guy in the beginning faster if she would just buy a pair of running shoes.

You know, there's some movie that Carla did early in her career that featured some nekkidness on her part, and the DVD is rather inexpensive...but I'll be damned if I can remember the title of the flick.

....

later

....

But I did a search, and it appears the film I'm thinking about is named "Jaded".

By that logic, will the Pauly Shore classic Son-in-Law also be added to your DVD library?

Shower scene = enjoyable.

Brutal Lesbian rape = not.

She's actually quite good in the film, itself.

I too am becoming quite charmed by Ms. Gugino. I'm glad she didn't fall for Lumbergh

Still digging the overall tone and vibe of this show (and tonight's episode). I like the way the dialogue reveals characters's stories (genuine or fabricated), and how the development of the case leads to different resolutions and outcomes. The writing and acting of this show are very engaging to me.

Good episode.

I'm glad her father played a bigger role then just talking to her on the phone this ep.

I agree about the writing and acting. Very good so far this season.
