Could you be referring to a certain "FBI Agent" ?

He should resurrect his Jonathan Rollins character from L.A. Law and hook up with his attorney colleague, Miranda.

Well, it looks like Berger and Bradshaw are headed for splitsville.

Miranda's gotta lay it on the line and get this pining over Steve over with.

Who'dathunkit, Sam actually investing some non-sexual energy into Jared/Smith's career aspirations.

Charlotte's conversion to Judiasm will be test be the man from Prada.

much better episode than last week. I hope Carrie doesn't dump that weiner guy. I really like the charachter, a nice foil to Carrie; not as dour as big or deep as Aiden but on the same playing field none the less.

Nice to see Sam has some ability outside of the bedroom, making "smith" a star. You have to wonder if she was a bit tired of all the flings from preovious seasons, Richard last year and Smith this mean a lot less characters in her life/bed. Intersting to see if they take it somewhere further before the show ends.

Charloette seemed to have fun with
Prada guy being all chatty after the play but it doens't look like she's too intersted from next weeks preview.

My heart really goes out to Miranda, she's in for a world of hurt.

Great episode last night. I hope Carrie and Jack can work it out - they make a nice couple.

I too was also surprised to see Samantha take a non-sexual interest in Jared.

Next week's ep, looks good as well.

I really loved last night's episode. It wasn't very comedic but it was awesome content wise. I really felt for poor Miranda with the cupcake issues. Samantha seems to have inadvertently stumbled into an actual relationship so we'll see how long that lasts. Carrie and Berger, I don't think that relationship is going the distance. I give them two weeks.

Why is it that I think Miranda will be the one headed down the matrimonial aisle? The writers are trying to hard to make us not think that's a possibility...

Great episode.
It did cement something I've been thinking about for a while.

I don't like Berger!

He was such an idiot in this episode. I really couldn't stand him as he walked away from Carrie on the red carpet. Get a backbone! She needs to lose him fast. Everyone knows that Big was/is the love of her life. They really were perfect together, but that bozo Big messed everything up for himself and Carrie.

Get rid of Berger!!

edited for clarification - my bad!

Berger was wayyy after Big moved to California. How did he mess it up for Carrie and Big? He may have stopped phone sex but they were not together when Berger came along. Also Aiden was before Berger and actually wrestled Big in the Carrie Goes to the country episode.

I like Ron Livingston but I agree Berger is being a bit shallow...

I think big will be back in a big way before the show closes, I also think Patman was right about Miranda.

They can't get rid of Captain Nixon...err I mean Berger! I think he's pretty funny and Carrie would be far too annoying without him. That whole scrunchie thing from last week was retarded and that time was her fault, so this week they made him the annoying one.

Good episode.

There had better be a satisfactory ending to Miranda and Steve, rest of the cast be damned.

I don't know. I'm just not digging Berger. He's such a goober. I mean, everything he says sounds like a bad stand up comedienne. I just want to go "Yuk Yuk" after he talks. Plus, his whole pouting routine when Carrie got that royality check and bolting from the red carpet event when he got stuck in the spotlight with her. What a baby. Isn't one on the show enough. Also, I'm so tired of Samantha's boy toy. The guy is creepy.

As much as Berger acts like an arse I can't fault him. I think real people to some extent do the same thing when people around them are successful and you are not, so it seems pretty realistic the way he reacts especially as a 'moody unsuccessful writer.'

I see a bit of Berger in the way I act at times, if I'm upset or moody I have trouble hiding it.

I Know SITC is not SFU so we're not used to people acting realistic on this show (save Miranda.)

We have kooky outfit sex columnist Carrie, Wham bam thank you Sam and 'I choose my choice'/'set the date' Charlotte. Miranda is the only pragmatic one in the bunch.

The men have always swung from one end of the spectrum to the other, but Steve aside most of the men have been fairly successful so Berger is new and different.

Side note: Charlotte has been with the layer for some time now, I'm a bit surprised she hasn't mentioned the 'break up time off rule' she has for grieving a relationship.

I'll be a big wuss and admit it, this episode eeked out a tear or two out of me.

Carrie and Berger take a time-out. Carrie is stuck in jury duty. Big knows about Carrie's romantic problems. Carrie and Berger give it one more try, but then Berger splits.

Samantha's promotion of Jerry lands him the Absolut gig, and his image is plastered everywhere, including Time Square. Jerry is not too confident about Samantha's PR campaign, but things turn out okay for him.

Miranda finally had to decide what had to give between her son and her job. The job now has less priority from Miranda.

Charlotte went on some blind dates which all sucked. But then her old flame shows up due to serendipity at a single-n-mingle meet, and the sparks fly, and he proposed to her on the spot. Awww.... I liked Kristin Davis's acting in this scene, she hit all the right expressions and emotions for it.

O.K., if the Emmy voters don't recognize Kristen Davis' work after this season (especially after LAST night's show), then they truly are the closed minded, repetitive hacks I think they've become over the years. I wasn't expecting that final scene. And wasn't expected to be so moved. What's wrong with me!?

Burger: never liked him. Let's pray this will be the last of him. Like I said, one baby on the show is enough.

And speaking of babies. I'm sorry, but the kid who plays Miranda's baby is hands down the ugliest baby I've ever seen. And I'm sure Jerry Seinfeld and gang would back me up on this one

I was suprised to tear up when Charolette's ex proposed, I was more suprised to tear up looking at Brady

I'm a bit disapointed to see Berger bugger bugger off by a post it, I know a lot of people didn't like his inscecure character but I just really enjopy Ron Livingstion and am sad to see him going.

Wonder what's in store for Miranda with the warning. That mobile was a bif scary I must say...

Getting tired of the Sam/Smith stuff, story line is getting a tad old but I figure they are primping up her PR stuff for the possible spin off.

More and more, I can't stand the Carrie storylines. I am at the point where I only watch to see the other 3 ladies and their stories.

I was also taken completely by surprise with the Charlotte/Harry twist. I had to grab a hanky myself!

The thing that was really ridiculous to me was Miranda and her job. She scaled BACK to 55 hr/week?! That is still an 11 hour day. Come on! Plus she IS a partner. Can they really say anything to her as if she's the only female lawyer in the firm with kids? That's just sick.

The ending was kind of bizarre in that I was completely off gaurd when Harry proposes and THEN when Carrie and Berger get back together and he then BOLTS!?!? WTF! The writers are definitely pulling out all the stops. Let's go out with a bang!

I loved the preview for next week:
Spoiler:
Charlotte shows the ladies her engagement ring and Carrie slaps Berger's Post-It note over top of it saying, "Paper beats rock!"

Kristen Davis has always been very effective when she cries. But last night, WHOAH! Even Harry was all watery eyed. Very sweet scene.

A Post-It? Damn that was just cold. Though after all the Adian drama I can't say I felt all that sympathetic toward Carrie. Loved the proposal moment as well - had to hold back some sniffles. I second the motion on Brady and the ugly factor. When Miranda put him in the crib toward the end I almost jumped because of the horrid expression that baby had on his face. I don't mind the Sam/Smith storyline. It's interesting to track the transformation Samantha has gone through from the 1st season until now. You can tell she actually cares about this guy and it's probably oen of her longest "relationships"

The preview for next week had me rolling. I can't wait.
